Great hat!

It took a long time to get her, but I really like it.

Excellent service

Poor quality

Poor quality. The fabric near the forehead is already peeling. Only had it for a week.

Meh - Too small pant, sod jacket funky

Black pants smaller that size guide. Beige spf jacket collar is awkward when hat is off .. jabs into the face. Return policy is not what is stated. Won't purchase again from here.

Needed upf 50+ active pants

I was looking for upf 50+ pants that were fun and in style after a recent skin cancer surgery. I'm very active and super fair. When I found your styles, I was very excited! The website content was helpful and descriptive. There were plenty of photos, and the user experience was and site design great! I also am a big fan of free shipping! I'm very excited to receive my new active pants! Thank you

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a SPF jacket. Apparently it arrived in the city I was living in, the street address was right, but zip was off by a digit. And they somehow couldn't figure out to deliver it to my street address. They never contacted me to figure out how to connect and so it was sent back. BUt the WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY. So I have no product and they think I'm going to pay for it. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO LISTENING, NO CONSIDERATION.

Love your hats.

I actually stopped a person wearing one of your hats to find out where she got it and what was the company.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Customers are calling my office asking for their order. Don’t get scammed don’t buy from them.

It really works

It really works! I’ve used it while planting flowers in the garden; when I play pickleball, I can play without feeling like I’m suffocating unlike with other masks and it holds up well when I go fishing for hours. I already own two, and I plan to buy another one to keep in the car, since I’ve bought others that didn’t protect me from the sun as well as this one does and, above all, none were as comfortable. I love it!

If you are dissatisfied with their…customer service people over a smail return

If you are dissatisfied with their products, there is ZERO possibility of returning them. I purchased a hat and a shirt; neither resembles the pictures at all, and the quality does not match the price paid. I contacted their customer service nearly two months ago; however, they have made it virtually impossible to return the items, and I ultimately donated them to a friend. Do NOT BUY from this company. Customer service is extremely poor, and they appear indifferent to customer satisfaction once a purchase has been made. If negative ratings were allowed, I would give them negative ratings. Horrible, horrible company!

The cap is too big

The cap is too big, I can not adjust it and make it stay in place, and it arrived very very wrinkled! The packing is disgusting! Not for the price of the cap.

Love the jacket

Love the jacket. Color is beautiful and cut is lovely. I was worried when shipping took awhile. I would shop here again

Breathable material

I live in Arizona were we have high temperatures during the summer. I wore the jacket while driving to work and my skin felt so fresh even though the sun rays were shining on my arms

The material is like rubber and looks nothing like on your website. I request a refund and you are not giving me one. You give me options i do not want.

Beautiful advertisement on Facebook…

Beautiful advertisement on Facebook feed (live model). Excellent and fast checkout. Easy access to discount code. Free shipping

Wonderful experience ordering online

Wonderful experience ordering online. Shipping was fast. Quality of clothing excellent.

Perfect wide brimmed hat to use

Easy site to use, fast quick check out. I love the fact that the hat brim covers the ears ! I also like that the back of the hat has no brim so nothing hits the back of a chair. This is the type of hate I’ve been looking for.
