Bad service

I've had an order sitting in your fulfillment center since October 14th. I ordered it on October 3rd. Where is it? I'll be letting my CC company know and get my money back. HORRIBLE service.

Abby is horrible

Very disappointing experience with this supplier, especially with their employee Abby. From the very beginning, when I requested a quotation, Abby immediately wanted access to my Shopify store. After I refused to provide access, her attitude changed significantly. When I asked for quotations for three products, she only provided prices for two. For the third product, she suddenly demanded that I start placing orders with their company first, questioning why they should continue providing quotations if I wasn't already buying from them. What she apparently fails to understand is that pricing is one of the most important factors when choosing a supplier. How am I supposed to commit to working with a new supplier without even knowing their prices? Switching suppliers is a serious business decision, especially when it involves terminating an existing contract with my current supplier. I need to evaluate pricing, costs, and overall conditions before making that commitment. Expecting a potential customer to start purchasing products before providing basic quotations is completely absurd and demonstrates a serious lack of business understanding and professionalism. To make matters even worse, after a month of working together, the situation has reached the point where Abby doesn't even bother responding to my messages anymore. This level of unprofessionalism and complete disregard for business partners is absolutely unacceptable, especially after investing my time and effort into establishing a working relationship with their company.

Incredible supplier

Plus my direct support - Fluer is super supportive, responsive and always give me prompt update about my orders. Great experience working with Bestfulfill

Choosing a supplier is incredibly important, we've had a ton of bad experiences with various suppliers in the past. It's been a great experience working with Bestfulfill, they are very organized, they keep to our systems, communication is really good. We've done over 8 figures in revenue with them and it's been pretty much headache-free, we've never had any major issues with them.

Huge scam

Huge scam. He handled my orders for several years and defrauded me of hundreds of euros by altering the invoices. When I asked for an explanation, he stopped responding and I never received a refund. Do not use this supplier under any circumstances.
