Regarding the odor you mentioned, we’ve made continuous improvements to reduce it significantly. However, wigs are often stored in sealed plastic for international shipping, and depending on transit time, some scent may remain upon arrival. This can usually be resolved by gently washing the wig with mild shampoo and conditioner before use. We understand everyone’s sensitivity to smell can differ, and we appreciate your understanding. As for the lace construction, the tan cap under the lace is not intended to mimic a pre-bleached effect. In fact, we have offered pre-bleached options for a long time. This added layer is a thoughtful design update introduced to protect delicate HD lace, based on customer feedback that the lace was very soft, invisible. They are afraid that they might tear the lace easily. It aims to enhance durability and make installation easier for users.
