Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that the portable power stations and solar panels are exceptionally reliable, simple to set up, and perform wonderfully during unexpected power outages or outdoor camping trips. Many consumers also highlight the responsive customer support team and the prompt delivery service that ensures orders arrive safely and quickly.
Some reviewers were not happy with delivery complications, experiencing issues like missing items, delayed shipments, or receiving hardware units that failed shortly after initial setup. A few individuals felt frustrated when trying to resolve these problems through support channels.
I will say that the unit came just in time as we had a huge ice storm that many people have lost power. I had just got it charged up fully when the power went out so I plugged my sump pump into it and it handled it no problem. It allowed me time to get the generator running, I then powered the internet with it. The only trouble I had is the generator won't charge it which was stated in the manual so once it was depleted I had to wait till my daughter got power back to get it charged. Our power had come on briefly so I hooked the sump pump up to it and plugged the Bluetti into the hydro and used it as a back up and it worked powering it for 3.5 hours as the hydro had gone out again. My pump runs none stop sometimes so it did well. Very happy I purchased the Bluetti AC70, very happy with it.
This past weekend we had a nasty Freezing Rain Strom. Knocked down trees and had no power for 48HRS. My AC180 powered our fridge and kept the lights on. I wish my EB3 came sooner. Amazing products easy to use. I wish I had the AC200L.
Thank you Bluetti for your help this past weekend
I ordered an Elite 200V2 and a SP200L solar panel on a Sunday afternoon and it arrived the following Tuesday. A week later it powered our sump pump during a day long power outage with capacity to spare. Pleased with how fast the solar panel charged the power station. I will consider a second solar panel in the future.
I'm on my third Bluetti and I have no regrets about my choice, there's always a model to suit the type of use you want to make. Whether as a standby unit at home or to power a recreational vehicle. Power and portability are great assets.

I have several Solar Generators of different capacities and each used for specific circuits in my home. We average one week of power outages per year due to weather related events. I enjoy the ability to unplug and travel with these units and used my two AC180P 's for a cross Canada adventure that made Boondocking seamless. My hydro has been cut in half with the addition of solar and a 7 - 10 year return on investment if hydro rates do not rise. The reliability, great price and value with added easy use make Bluetti the top tier choice
(2x AC180P),AC200L, AC200LP, AC200MAX,420Panel and 300K arriving tomorrow. 3200watts of rigid panels. Loving it!!!
I've purchased 4 Bluetti generators. Obviously I am very happy with the quality and performance of these units. They are AC300 with its B300K battery, AC60 and AC70, and recently the new Elite 200 V2. They charge rapidly both on the solar panels and on the grid. I am especially pleased with customer service. I like their lengthy warranty and their solid build quality. I cannot yet confirm their longevity since I've owned the AC300 for only 4 months, but they seem solid. I also like being able to monitor performance, charging and the ability to turn them on or off from my phone. I guess I'm just a geek who enjoys seeing the free energy float in on the solar charging. Yes I certainly do recommend these generators.
Very impressed with the quality and the service, I love my Bluetooth 180. I also perched and installed the charger 1. Wow. Incredible, love technology!!.
After reviewing the AC200L, along with matching Solar Panels, we felt this was the right product for us. We feel we not only have a great home back-up system, we also look forward to many years of Boondocking, finding those beautiful off- grid sites with our RV, as we continue our voyage across this great Country we call Canada,
I love my AC200MAX. This unit looks and feels like a product that will last a long time. I have added a B230 expandable battery. And I just purchased another set of PV350 solar panels. I highly recommend Bluetti, and I will continue to purchase products that I can add to my AC200MAX (like another B230).
