BLUETTI is making all-in-one solutions of solar power more accessible to everyone living at home or going off grid. We're dedicated to making our world a better place by creating an exceptional green experience.
Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Consumers frequently mention that the portable power stations are extremely reliable, making them perfect for camping trips, off-grid caravanning, and dependable home backup during unexpected power outages. Buyers also appreciate the exceptionally fast delivery service and the sturdy, well-built design of the equipment.
Some reviewers were not happy with customer service, pointing out unhelpful communication, long delays when waiting for replacement parts or missing items, and difficulties in getting timely updates. A few other people also felt frustrated by slow response times and uncoordinated support when trying to resolve technical faults.
I'm still waiting for the delivery, it's weeks late and they don't respond to my emails. A terrible company to deal with. The so called tracking information is useless. I would not recommend this company at all. If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service is non existent!
Bluetti customer service is 10/10 when I old powerstation stopped working they took it back fast and sorted it and kept me well informed great products and great service too
This is a game changer for us when travelling around in our motorhome. We now know that we have at least three days off grid capability and now we have bought the solar panels, longer. Great quality product, very portable, and coupled with the charger 1 and solar panel, extremely useful.
Really glad we made our purchase.
I received a Bluetti AC500 with b300k battery. The 150 to 90 cable was supposed to be included in the bundle, but they had sent out the 90 to 90 battery connector instead. This meant that the whole bundle would not work.
I thought it would be a fairly easily resolved issue but contact with them was horrendous. I had made a second order from bluetti and told them this when I contacted them. They then got stuck on this and refused to accept that they had sent the incorrect cable with the bundle. They eventually accepted the mistake after numerous messages and close up photos.
Even this wasn't enough for them to send out the cable I had paid for.
They finally agreed to send the correct cable (not an issue but they should have sent the correct one out at the same time), but only after they had recieved the cable from me, "reviewed" the cable (?) and processed the whole matter. A set of processes which will take who knows how long.
So I can't comment on the performance of the generator or batteries - I'm just sitting looking at the useless ornament I paid a lot of money for until I get the correct cable sent out to me in several weeks.
I won't be buying from bluetti again. If anything goes wrong, you're in for a nightmare.
I purchased a Bluetii AC200MAX in June 2024 to be used as the power station for my campervan build, all the power in and out of my build was designed around this power station.
The unit then failed in May 2026. I contacted the Bluetti support team to get the unit repaired under warranty, the unit was returned and found to be faulty and could not be repaired. At this point they offered me the AC200L as a warranty replacement.
One of the main differences between my previous unit and the AC200L is the DC power output, the AC200MAX has a 12V 30Amp output and the AC200L has a 48V 20Amp output.
For me to be able to use the new unit for my campervan, I would require a Bluetti D40 to step the voltage down from 48V to 12V.......... which would cost me another £150.
Considering my original bill was £1280, and now they want me to pay another £150 because they cannot provide a true like-for-like replacement, I feel this is extremely unfair.
They did offer me a pathetic 8% discount on this, but that is in no way suitable, considering it is them who are unable to fulfil the warranty obligations.
I should also add, I am the national service manager for a large PLC, and there is no way I would ever expect this of a customer.
EDIT: The day after writing this review (10th June) the support team got back in touch saying they would provide the D40 for me to have the replacement unit up and running again, as near to the set up I hade before......... And guess what, I am still waiting. Since then they have used an excuse of no stock (I have been on their website and it is in stock, i could order one right now). I mentioned this to them, and the have not replied again, I haven't heard back from them in over a week.
They said they were trying to work on a resolution and would contact me when they have found one........ It is now the 26th of June 2026, this has been going on since first contact, the 8th of May 2026.
I bought a Bluetti Eb3a and an EB70
Both packed up completely, one shortly after the warranty run out with no help from Bluetti. I will no longer use this company.
Purchased the AC 180 and initially I was very pleased with it. UNTILL I purchased the charger 2 to run with it. Totally would not work. After 2 months of emails Bluetti told me to send it back. I'm still waiting after 3 weeks for the item to be repaired and returned. After sales is clearly lacking.
Bought a refurb pair of panls off eBay from the company couple of months again and not had them out as I have been charging my unit via plug ( it’s extremely fast ) but this weather I thought would be ideal but yesterday in this heatwave the panels were in full sun for 6 hours and only
Reached 20 % and today so far they have been out for 7 hours and only just on 12 % and I have been going out and moving them as the sun moves in the sky .
Greet when plugged in but I would not trust these on say camping etc
Unless I could charge them via socket which really defeats the object .
Very impressed so far with this product; the unit (Elite 100 v2) and the support in place through official forums, sites and Facebook groups, seems excellent. Have had a positive experience over this hot period in the UK, with a tower fan running constantly at 60w draw for over 14 hours in our lounge, together with charging 2 mobile devices from flat to 100%. This was a test to see how much energy I could get before using the device on the road in our motorhome. I have also tested the Bluetti 100w solar panel I purchased with it, charging up from 87% to 100% in a little under 2 hours in bright sunshine. I'm okay with that, as our use each day will be quite small (mobile devices/coffee machine, fan, 12v 4g router). I have also purchased the vehicle adaptor lead to charge from our 12v/120w cigarette plug socket whilst on the road, although reviews suggest I should also invest in a Bluetti Charger 1. However, I purchased the device for the excellent value, and it doesn't feel such good value if I then have to rely on a Charger 1 to get the best out of it. I am hopeful that, with the 100w solar panel, and the ability to recharge every few days on campsite electric hook up, together with the charging on the move, this will be sufficient for our immediate daily needs. Ideally, I want to make the device pay for itself over the long term. Will just have to see how reliable it is. Customer Support seems excellent from what I have already seen on the various social media sites, and the 5 year warranty gives added piece of mind. Will provide another review after a year or so of use in real world scenarios both in summer and winter.
What an amazing piece of kit, everything I need for my campervan straight out the box.
Delivery was super fast and extremely well packaged.
I've not had to use customer service as everything has gone so smoothly.
