Buyers also appreciate the exceptionally fast delivery service and the sturdy, well-built design of the equipment. Some reviewers were not happy with customer service, pointing out unhelpful communication, long delays when waiting for replacement parts or missing items, and difficulties in getting timely updates. A few other people also felt frustrated by slow response times and uncoordinated support when trying to resolve technical faults.

What people say

Dreadful support misled until I the return window was closed.

Dreadful support misled until my return window closed, then offered a mug, hoodie or t-shirt as a solution. I feel completely let down by Bluetti UK. I own an AC240P unit that is still under warranty, which I wanted to expand. Instead of clear help, I was passed around like an unwanted penny between different support squads. I was repeatedly told to wait for stock of a battery or a specific adapter to connect to a B300K. After stringing me along for weeks, they finally admitted that they provided inaccurate information, that the compatible B210 battery is discontinued, and no adapter exists. Because they dragged this on for so long, it is now too late for me to exchange the unit through my original retailer (Hampshire Generators). Bluetti’s solution to leaving me stranded with an unexpandable £1400 system? Offering me a complimentary t-shirt, hoodie, or coffee mug. This is insulting. They sell expensive equipment but back it up with terrible communication, policy constraints, and zero accountability for their own mistakes. The Solution should be a direct upgrade not a Mug, Hoodie or a T-Shirt

Breach of Warranty Service Timeline

Breach of Warranty Service Timeline, very poor customer service on warranty support. Bluetti promise a 7 working day timeline to dispatch a warranty replacement, it has now reached 18 working days and still no dispatch notification. During which time they tried to fob me off with a far inferior product with half the storage capacity of the original, without my agreement. I have had to buy an alternative from another company in the meantime, due to the extended length of outage of the equipment.

I run the AC200L

I use the BLUETTI AC200L, B300 Expansion Battery, Charger 2, and DC Hub as part of my everyday setup, including in my vehicle and as backup power for my refrigerator and other essential equipment. One of my favorite uses is taking the system on road trips or using it while doing DoorDash and Uber Eats deliveries. I can keep my cooler and refrigerator running while on the road, which means I can even deliver cold drinks to customers during the extreme heat of summer. This is exactly the kind of real-world versatility I look for in portable power systems—not just emergency backup, but power that can be useful every single day. I also have to give a shout-out to BLUETTI Customer Support. Anytime I've had a question or run into an issue, their support team has been excellent and has responded within 24 hours. That kind of customer service makes a big difference when you rely on your equipment regularly.

BLUETTI Apex 300 - poor support for UK customers

I’m very pleased with my BLUETTI Apex 300 itself, but extremely disappointed by the lack of accessory support for UK customers. The Apex 300 has a P050A connection capable of providing up to 3,840W AC output, which was one of the features that interested me for using the unit as part of a home backup arrangement. Unfortunately, despite the hardware having this capability, BLUETTI does not appear to sell UK customers a suitable standalone P050A output cable. The particularly frustrating part is that an output-capable P050A cable clearly exists, as BLUETTI supplies a bidirectional P050A cable with other Apex 300 accessories such as the Hub A1. Yet it does not appear possible to simply purchase the cable separately in the UK. I have four standard 13A UK sockets on the Apex 300 which work perfectly well, but having to use one of those when the unit has a dedicated higher-capacity P050A output rather defeats the point of providing that connection. The Apex 300 is an impressive and expensive piece of equipment. BLUETTI really should make the accessories required to use all of its advertised capabilities readily available in every market where it sells the product. Great power station, but a needlessly frustrating omission for UK customers.

Simply the best on the market.

Probably the best portable power station manufacturer around. Not only is the range of products very wide, they have an incredible warranty for peace of mind. Their support team are absolutely incredible, with same day query response most of the time. They are also happy to advise on best equipment and usage. With their added loyalty scheme, they are light years ahead of the market. The flexibility of their products means you get to maximise the efficiency making them even greater value for your money. I have had a number of the large units for over four years and only one issue which was resolved within a week with a brand new replacement sent out even before I sent back the faulty unit. Customer is their focus, quality and reliability is their product. Highly recommended in a time where other companies are pushing profits over customer expectations.
