A Valued Gift

This was a gift I gave to my niece in Northwest Indiana after the area she lives in was devastated by a derecho (a severe weather event). I asked her if it helped her after the event and should told me the device was a life saver. The S2000 reportedly gave her refrigerator, phone and laptop backup and was recharged by the cigarette lighter in her car.

so far so good

so far so good ! the f3800 power station is really user friendly, keeping things simple in design & engineering takes much more thought & effort and you did it... a well thought out piece of equipment ! the 400w solar panels are high quality durable material as are all the conductors and connections... really happy... looking forward to a second set of 400w solar panels & more backup power. the f3800 easily started & ran our 3hp submersible well pump set at 400'... very happy, thank you !

Product seems good only wish I could use it after ten days all my stuff isn't here. Shipping is a problem.

Sun will NOT charge it

Bought 2 diff panels and tried 2 diff cords across 6 month span direct in the AZ sun and cannot get my pos Anker to take a 1% charge.

I was running a test to see how long the battery will run the TV and Internet, but the battery doesn't seem to have an obvious On/Off button.

Hi Mark, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the product did not fully meet your expectations. The device does have power buttons on the screen panel. It is equipped with a main power button as well as a separate AC output button. When using the AC output function, please first press the main power button to turn on the unit, and then press the AC output button. Once the indicator light on the AC button turns on, the AC outlets should begin supplying power normally. If the AC output has turned off due to the unit’s automatic shutoff logic, you can also simply press the AC output button again to quickly reactivate output. Regarding runtime, the actual operating time mainly depends on the total power consumption of the connected devices. If you can share the rated wattage of your TV and Internet equipment, we’d be happy to help estimate whether the unit is performing normally.
