This company have been a nightmare

This company have been a nightmare. I have requested the complaints dept details many times and keep getting fobbed off. Disaster of a company who clearly dont want to or wont give out details to lodge a formal complaint. Three different delivery dates, over 2 weeks later, still no resolution. They offered 8% refund and still waiting on a power station that should have been here and was needed last week. Worst customer servive i think i have ever encountered. Stay clear from ordering from here.

For the first time we were able to use…

For the first time we were able to use solar to do our summer canning to make hot pepper sauce, and to power our yard tools. So great to have alternate energy during the heat of summer, and to not run up our electric bill. The solar panels, and Jackery 360 are fantastic.

Will not maintain charge for emergencies

The system itself works very well, but if not used right away it loses its charge within a month. Not great for keeping around for emergencies without charging monthly.

I recently purchased the Homepower 3600…

I recently purchased the Homepower 3600 with the 500 w solar panel and spare 3600 watt battery. The solor panel was delivered by fedex, lightning fast. The back up power units must be coming by camel back from California. The delivery company they chose is absolutely a night mare to get reliable information. They say that the units were received in a local warehouse on July 29th. Their advertised standard says they deliver packages within 24 hours of receipt. Its been 4 days. Everyday I check their tracking info and it says should be delivered today,…..four days ago and everyday since. On a chat box, they repeated the exact same info….it should be today. I am 30 moles from the Virginia beach area. I could have ridden a tricycle down there by now and picked them up myself. I am very disappointed in Jackery using a “fly by night” company. they should have shipped it all by FEDEx. i would have paid for shipping, had i know what I know now. Sorry, Jackery, you won’t get any more of my money if I can help it.

Purchased my first back up unit

Purchased my first back up unit, an Explorer 1500 about a year ago. Fully charged the unit and set in the basement. It consistently loses 16-22% of battery power every month. Contacted customer service (email) and the first thing they ask if I was using it? No, it's been charged and in the basement. They responded that was not normal, but a 2-6% drain is normal. I've never heard back!!! Their customer service sucks! Will buy EcoFlow from here on out.

Tested tried and well used in 7 days

So let me start of by saying customer support is top notch. I just got back from a week of boondocking in the north maine woods. My power bank arrived damaged on the front panel with a substantial dent, with no time before my trip to correct this issue. My experience with jackery has been pleasant overall. The weather was great with great sun i didnt have to worry about my home power 3000 powering my iceco 69qt cooler that draws up to 65 watts. The 2x 200 watt solar panels do the trick when there is plenty of sun but when the clouds roll in and the sun is behind them still providing shadows i noticed i could get about only 125 watts maximum with lining up the viewing glass shadow which is less that 50% efficiency for each panel Secondly i had 1 day of rain and left my solar panels out because well theyre solar panels and water proof right? Incorrect the viewing glass already has moisture built up inside the viewing glass after 1 day of rain the other panel did not have this happen. Third: the solar panels are okay for this size of power bank if it were me selling this i would highly recommend 1 500 watt panel over the 2x 200 watts panels yes the 2 panels took my power bank from 32% to 79% but i had to baby sit the panels all day Fourth and final the cords yall send are way to short. Like 10ft isnt even enough. The cable length should be upgraded to like 15 maybe 20 feet because i had to keep the power bank in the sun Overall i would say yall could do better with the packing of the power bank because of the shipping damage- that has not hindered any operation that i can tell so far. And the cable length for the panels is just cheaply short. 1900$ on sale I would say im not a very satisfied customer for the money i spent. 5 out of 10 overall. I did choose jackery over any other brand because of the customer service though so thats a plus. The biggest power draw i pit on the power bank was 200watts output while changing all my devices including an electric chain saw

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback and for sharing your real-world experience with Jackery during your boondocking trip. We truly appreciate your recognition of our customer support team, and we are sorry to hear about the concerns you encountered, including the shipping damage, solar panel performance, and cable length. Regarding the SolarSaga 200W panels, although they are designed with an IP68-rated surface, we still do not recommend leaving them exposed to rain for extended periods, as the connection ports are not waterproof and moisture may enter through the ports. Solar charging performance can also vary depending on factors such as sunlight intensity, weather conditions, panel angle, and surrounding environment. Our team has already reached out to you via email so we can better understand your experience, address your concerns, and provide further assistance. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. It helps us continue improving our products and services. Best regards, Team Jackery

So Good for my uses

So Good for my uses, I bought FOUR. Living in a rural area, I have fairly frequent power outages, but they rarely last more than an hour or two. These HomePower 3000's are just about perfect for my situation to keep refrigeration, lights, fans, WiFi, and PC going. My regular dual fuel generator will take over for longer term outages and allow me to quickly charge the HomePower 3000's. I need more solar panels, but can charge the units with them if I need to. Gave one to my sister (urban) as she has outages too!.

Amazing customer service over the 4th of July.

I have a Jackery HomePower 3000 and a Jackery dolly to transport it. The dolly is oversized for the 3000 so it can also be used for larger units. While I was leaning the dolly back to roll through a doorway in my house, the 3000 partially fell through the handles on the back of the dolly even though I had it secured with bungee cords. This caused me to hit one side of the door frame with the dolly. As I pulled it free, a part on the dolly was damaged. I explained the problem to customer service, and they agreed to cover the dolly under warranty. The replacement arrived in just a matter of days which amazed me since the it was the 4th of July weekend. To make sure that I never have this problem again, I placed two short lengths of a pool noodle over the rear supports of the dolly. Now, the 3000 doesn't move an inch no matter how far I lean it back. I even kept the Jackery color scheme by using an orange pool noodle secured by black electrical tape.

Had an issue with an Explorer 1500

Had an issue with an Explorer 1500. I contacted Customer Service and had a replacement unit in hand within a couple of weeks. This is one of five units that I have and the only issue I've experienced. Great Customer Service!

I had the best sales experience it turn…

I had the best sales experience it turn from being a repair into a purchase product. The sales representative walked me through the company process as he owned the company. I texted him and the process was professional until it got complicated. I still would like to get it fixed due to there’s still life in it. It just needs a new mother board. Another story for another time.

I love the product

I love the product. It gives me peace of mind with severe storm threats. I also use it to run a pool filter, which saved me from having to get an electrician to install an outdoor outlet out by the pool.

Useful but not adequate for my needs.

The Jackery 2000 functions well but is not really adequate to power my slide in camper. The 200 watt solar panels are not holding up well to infrequent use. The support legs are not very strong and are separating from the panel body. Also the solar input rating appears to be unrealistic. I normally get about half of the rated power from the panels. I live in Southern Oregon where the sun shines all summer long. The connecting wires are durable but absurdly short since you cannot leave the Jackery unit in the sun or it will shut down from thermal overload. This forced me to purchase the extension cables. Despite these issues I am glad to have the Jackery 2000. It is light enough to carry by the handle and you can take it anywhere to run power tools or most anything that runs on 110 volts. Just don't plan on running a camper on it without a non solar method to recharge the unit If I chose to upgrade I would certainly consider Jackery. But I would also take a good look at other companies as well.

I purchased a Jackery Explorer 1000…

I purchased a Jackery Explorer 1000 last summer for camping. I also bought solar panels to go with it. The unit has worked well and the solar panels charge it back up really efficient and fast. I have not used this summer to go camping with. I bought the smaller unit to carry on my motorcycle when I go motor camping I have used it to charge up phones and other small electronic appliances. It has always performed well. I recommend this unit.
