I bought the jackery with the 200w solar panel as an emergency necessityfor having power in my van. I have had the solar panel put in the full sun every day since receiving it. It is also the hottest days in records in the UK, so 35°. I have ensured that I have followed directions to the T, including moving the solar panel so they are always in the most direct line of sunlight. The max capacity the panel has generated so far is 120watts (which is abysmal given it is less then 2 weeks old). Today, I had it charging from 8am until now (9pm) in full sun and the battery has only charged 22%. If I had another option I would absolutely be returning this device! £800 for basically a very low range item is horrendous however unfortunately i have an animal that is relying on the power being present in my van (from the power banks im supposed to charge overnight from thw jackery). My animal will die without electricity. It has been increidbkt stressful for me as I invested in a portable item i believed to be top of the range. I hope I can find a cheaper alternative on Amazon that can be delivered next day so I can return this piece of crap. Don't waste your money!
"Peace" of Mind !
As a new resident to Florida where hurricanes and storms can be problematic, preparation to minimize disruption is key - especially as a home-office based marketing executive - where WIFI is essential, as well as comfortable living space. I purchased an initial Jackery integrated system and later upgraded with two additional batteries - Each purchase was made easy, delivery was ontime and as expected. The installation was done by a professional who was suggested by Jackery - he was prompt, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The Smart power switch allows for immediate transfer from grid electric to battery power seemlessly - no need to power-up a separate generator and deal with fuel, maintenance, etc... On the subsequent additional battery purchase, installation was a simple "plug and play". While I would rather not see any storms affect the area, the peace of mind from Jackery to minimize any disruptions to everyday living is fantastic and well worth the investment - not to mention "clean" power vs a gas powered generator that could run a risk of CO poisoning, fuel fumes, etc... Enjoy peace of mind !!!!

JACKERY is WORTHLESS when it comes to warranty and service in my experience!!! If anyone is thinking about doing business with them i sincerely suggest that you do not!!! i bot a 3600 and the anderson connections are melting again and again and jackery is worthless and won’t help after 6 months of ownership

The order process was easy and it works well
The order process was easy and the Jackery expansion battery for the 5000 plus works well. However, the delivery provider was less than optimal. Upon arrival, the delivery person took the battery out of their van and then proceeded to drop it in the middle of my driveway. Not place it, drop it. It was also left in the middle of my driveway on an extremely hot day. Most delivery companies will use a hand truck and place items in a shaded area. Thankfully the expansion battery was packed well and so far seems to be working OK.

Best generator and company
For the first time I can honestly say that Jackery is a great company. We have only had it 2 weeks and have lost power at our house three times already. The Jackery 3000 has been absolutely great and easy to use. Kept our refrigerator cold, husband made coffee and ran the microwave and never faulted. Great machine.

Incredible customer service! Answered within hours,. The refurbished Jackery that I purchased through another retailer did not work. Customer service shipped a replacement unit within 48 hours. True VIP treatment for a small order. Absolutely incredible!
Jackery is symbolic with excellence.
The people at Jackery are complete professionals. If you have a question they have an educated answer. As far as solar generators go they are the cream that has risen to the top. I had a commercial solar energy company for over a decade and I know Solar so combined with their expertise of Portable generators they have given me nothing but expert advice about living off the grid and their products go with solar panels like peanut butter and jelly. Their (2) 100watt solar panels on the 500 watt generator have an output of over 135watts. (To a novice that may sound insufficient but those test conditions are here in Tucson, AZ in the summer and it was 110 degrees outside and the panels were on concrete). Heat everywhere! NOT AT ALL IDEAL FOR SOLAR PRODUCTION. In the winter I will update you my new output. But I can confirm that with my other panels and knock off Solar Generator and non Jackery solar panels I only got 100 watts as an output on the two knock off (TEMU) panels and generator. 40% more in the most miserable conditions is AMAZING.
Jackery products are the best
Jackery products are the best! I have two explorer 3000 with about 900w solar on each. I live on these, one in the garage and one on my RV. I can power anything I need,have had no electricity bill for 6+mo now. No loud generator and power all the time. They charge fast and last a long time. I'm so glad I bought these it even plugged right into my 30a RV plug. Thanks Jackery for great people with great customer service and standing behind your products. Keep up the good work

Customer service giving answers to questions I had. It could have been a dab better on knowing products better but my basic questions were answered. Hold time was a bit much. Called twice giving plenty of time between calls. Minimum 3 hrs. But I like jackery products and if I feel the need for more power I will definitely go with jackery.

Jackery’s customer service.
Jackery’s customer service is non existent. They just don’t bother to get back to you. Once they have your money that’s it they’re done with you. I send 5 emails in 5 days with zero response. I called and was told I’d have an email by the end of the day and nothing. I called again the next day and demanded an email while I wait on the phone and wouldn’t leave to conversation till I had an email. If I had I expected I wouldn’t have had an email. Do not buy from this company!!

Well this is my second unit a 3600 plus…
Well this is my second unit a 3600 plus and I use it every day and it does save me a lot of money on my electric bills but the problem I have is the unit constantly cuts off and the app never works so I have to check it every day to make sure it’s working I have it connected to my fridge and aquarium and it stopped working while I was away and my aquarium leaked all over my house so now I have to replace a section of my floor if Jackery can fix the problem with the app and customer service this could be a perfect unit and I really was thinking about another unit but with all these other companies that have generators I’m leaning towards something other than jackery

What a great product
What a great product! Amazing! And so easy to use and set up. I love my Jackery and would recommend it to anyone. I also purchased a refurbished solar panel that works great! With two solar panels my Jackery charges much faster now. The ordering process is very simple, with the exception of the annoying jackery videos that don’t stop popping up on the website.. very annoying. Shipping was normal, had to wait a few days for it to arrive, no issues. I had a question regarding tracking and customer service responded very quickly and provided support. Side note: Why do Jackery units cost up to 3-5 times more outside of the USA? That's outrageous and Jackery as a company should not allow that! Especially in less fortunate countries. Like, any country in Latin America (Venezuela) People there are being ripped off!! A $1000 unit here in the USA cost about $3-5k… please Help them Jackery! I know this because I searched online, local websites from Venezuela, Mexico and Colombia. I was just curious and found this out, so sad.
