I’ve used the Jackery 3600 plus several times since I got it. It’s so good and very convenient, better than a generator. I got the transfer switch and makes life easier without all the noise. I’m getting more battery packs and I might try their solar panel. I’m also eyeing on their UPS which got sold out fast.
I really like my Jackery Explorer 5000 plus as a backup for most of the items in my home. It does take patience and time to learn how everything works, but I email there support team and typically within 24 hours I get answers to my questions. Just make sure you do your homework and ask questions, especially if you have solar panels and you hope to tie them with your unit, as they need to be compatible and not all are.
Purchase was easy. Delivery was fast although delivery guy had no dolly and slid the unit up the driveway and left it at the garage door unsecured. I did not even know he had delivered it until I saw it on camera feed. Your support people are awesome, fast response and easy solutions.
