Refurbed NAS Customer Service Failure
After careful consideration I chose a UGREEN NASync DXP4800 Plus (Refurbished) rated Premium 95% new. It offered a 3-month warranty and 30-day return policy for quality issues. When I started it I immediately noticed a horrible clicking sound coming from base of unit. Possibly from faulty CPU fan. I submitted a service return request and heard nothing for 3 days. I went on chat and told the agent my issue and they ask for me to scan the serial number for a return. After getting the SN, they wrote simply... "Apologies. this is a refurbished NAS. Generally we're not allowed to return refurbished NAS devices." I said the website clearly states this product has Return period of 30 days (for quality issues.) The reply... Noted, I'm sorry, I'm not in control on how they display the website. They made me wait another two days. Today I was asked to edit the BIOS to turn off the fan and troubleshoot. I submitted a video with the horrible noise. Customer support thanked me. They were just about to give me the return instructions when I got this email... "I apologize, you can disregard the previous email. We're not allowed to return refurbished devices." So I am back to square 1. This is my first experience with this company and its products. Not a great first impression. At this point I want to return this unit and go another direction.

The tracker battery is not replaceable.
The star rail gift set was packaged incredibly well. As a collector, the box arrived in perfect condition. The power bank, charger, and retractable cable were well designed. The collectibles were great too. The only thing I am disappointed about is that the battery on the square tracker is not replaceable. For what should be a limited collaboration item, you would think that it would have a replaceable battery, but it doesn’t. So after the advertised 5-7 years, you would need to buy another tracker or just let it become a paperweight. Not really environmental or economically friendly.

The products came in good packaging and everything about the product was great. The charger is easy to use same with the tracker. The design on the bag that it came with is really cool. I’m happy that there was a club between ugreen and Honkai star rail.

The delivery took about a month, even from Amazon I still have to wait for the bulky battery bank for another half month… The items were great and I was really excited. The charging speed is, as advertised, quick and easy. The bundle offered a lot of exclusive stuff, however I think the quality could be better. I had scratched up plastics on my figurine stand, and for the price I was surprised not everything from the bundle came with it. I loved it enough though that I bought another charger and the power bank that isn’t included in the standard bundle. Unboxing was fun, and the decals were amazing. Love Yao Guang, now I have her E7 lol.

Awesome products
The products that i received. The 10000mah HSR collab portable battery and the Charger, also HSR collab have been great. They've been helping at work and especially when traveling. The collab items are engraved, and feel especially high quality despite the good price. Overall, I'm very happy.
I had my doubts about buying directly
I had my doubts about buying directly, but the truth is they followed up on the product and took good care of things; it comes with all the manuals. I’ll keep buying from them. The packaging arrived a bit banged up, though that is always down to the courier or the shipping process; this is something they should take into account for the future.
High-End But Still Affordable
Ugreen is one of the nicer and more affordable brands in the high-quality USB-C space, and I'm always impressed with their thoughtful designs. It would be nice to see them pushing more cutting edge tech (300W battery packs), but they hit a nice middle ground for price and features. The promotional coupons helped in my purchasing decision, as I was able to save on things I needed anyway. I like these new high-I/O devices with built-in, retractable cords and the push for creating versatile products in this space. My package shipped promptly and arrived without issue. I wish that they'd consolidate their web store and Amazon stores to have 1:1 product parity (for example, the useful Outlet Extender isn't sold on here), but overall, I have confidence in this brand and will buy from them in the future.
