Buyers also appreciate the exceptionally fast delivery service and the sturdy, well-built design of the equipment. The unit doesnt work correctly on UPS
The unit doesnt work correctly on UPS. The voltage capacity keeps dropping to 99% then back to 100%, which causes the fans to turn on every time which are loud. Doesnt matter if in slient mode or standard mode, eco on or off. Fireware updated to latest.
Ac200max plus 350pv panels
Ordered 200max and solar panels which were easy to order, delivered in good time and in good condition. Products are excellent. Had a response from company but not filled with confidence should we need any further support/assistance, hence for and not five stars

When ordering my poweroak I tried…
When ordering my poweroak I tried several times to take advantage of the further £80 off offer, but it just kept going round in circles. I gave up and just bought it, then later got an £80 credit for my next purchase, which I don’t want, I wanted it off this purchase. Also the poweroak performed much more poorly than I expected and only gives me about 40% of its stated output.
Limited 12v output
Compact and well designed unit. Overall a very good option for a portable power pack. Disappointed that the 12v output via the cigar outlet is limited to only 10A ie 120 watts. This is well below the inverter output of 700W and below the rating of my portable tyre inflator which will not operate.

I don't like to have a timer put on me at the checkout. Just let me purchase in the normal manner without that pointless farcical countdown!! I nearly cancelled when I saw that (insert expletive here)

Solid 4 stars with room to improve...
A little slow to dispatch (ordered at 9am friday, dispatched 3am tuesday) but once dispatched arrived early afternoon on the wednesday so all in all pretty good. Need to be able to offer next day delivery on items that lets face it are just sitting in a warehouse waiting to be shipped in order to get the full 5 stars.
Trying to save money in the long run.
Seems to work well, only had the item for a few days. Gave four star as the solar panel is not water proof.
