Purchased an AC200p portable power unit in 2022 for £1600, which worked fine for 18 months and then failed to power on. ( would only get a green light and no LCD display ) After 3 months of trying to get technical support, they eventually picked up the unit and then found it was faulty. I was told they would send a replacement and they never did, eventually offered me a budget replacement which was far lower capacity and value.. It's been a very painful process, and they don't honour their 2 year warranty never mind 4 year if purchased via their website. Claims court seems the only other option I have at this point as they are ignoring my emails.
Purchased the AC70 which is a great piece of kit, but I was annoyed that nowhere on the Bluetti site did it mention the PS72, this would have been ideal for my purpose and would have saved me around 300 pound.
I bought an EB70 ready to take travelling to Portugal in our RV. It was needed for charging the essentials while on overnight stops before reaching a site. The very first time I used it nothing would switch on and an error 'short' was displayed. It's almost impossible to get any help via the awful customer service. It's a lot of money to lose on what is now essentially a very expensive door stop. This is a known error and they seem unable to sort it before selling to customers. Appalling product. Should have been withdrawn from sale until the issues were properly dealt with.
A very, very dishonest company. I placed an order for one their power stations. The AC180. It was on offer in their "Spring sale". The order was processed, a confirmation email was sent to me and, of course, they took the payment from my account. A total of £749.00 including shipping. The next day they cancelled my order giving the reason "not enough stock". This was a downright LIE as the Bluetti website showed the item in stock.....only now the price was nearly £1000! When I emailed the company they claimed that the cost of shipping the power station to me was (wait for it!) £200! That is why they cancelled!! I've ordered power stations before from them and NEVER was the shipping £200!! It was always included in the price for delivery within the British Isles and never disputed. Anyway they had already lied about the cancellation saying "not enough stock". Now here's the truth... This is a very greedy company who simply didn't want to complete the order transaction because they had bumped the price up by over £200 and then lied to me with some nonsense about delivery charges. Such a waste of time and now I have to wait 7 days for a refund. Bluetti is an irresponsible, dishonest and disreputable company with shockingly poor customer services. Never again will I part with a penny for anything from these charlatans
I was given the EB55 unit as a gift. It had a failure and I cannot put into words how good the customer service was. Some simple fault finding over email and a postage label later. My replacement was with me within a couple of days. Thank you to Joanna at bluetti UK for your prompt and professional correspondence and swift rectification. A fantastic company with a brilliant product.

I have bought several Bluetti products in the last year. Each has been very useful, whether for camping, powering my home office or charging the kids devices each night. I have tried to only charge them from Solar where possible and have in some good panels for the job. In the last year I have probably only charged from mains 3 or 4 times and I use them daily. I’m seeing some good savings on my electricity bill. Customer service has been pretty good. I had an issue with a price match that I hoped Bluetti would match but they couldn’t. However we did come to a compromise in the end which I was happy with. Overall, good company to deal with in my experience and fantastic products.
Was so excited wanted a bluetti for ages so I bought two for my allotment to run my pond pump and other stuff got here well packaged charged and fully charged really quick from wall no problems did this for a couple months was going great then one day both of them never came back on i tried everything but no power so i asked to send them back the seller tried to make it hard for me but in the end they had to take them as they where within the time, was so upset no answer givin to me as why they had failed i wasnt using them for anything heavy. just a bad experience no apology nothing. really was gutted and expected more from bluetti they usually have really good results and I think I was more annoyed at having to fight the person from the company to take them back as it was no fault of my own. This item came full of finger prints and marks on the plastic. The mystery box was a genuine mystery, the item that came was not even listed on website so you have no way of knowing if it will work for you. In my case I wanted a backup battery for my solar panels. I paid for the larger mystery pack (>500wh) as every model on the website of this size works with 200w solar panels. The model that arrived was an old one that was not listed, I found the specs on the eBay shop and it was not capable of taking 200w from solar. Everyone should note returning these items is hard as the public are not allowed to post lithium batteries. So you are trapped accepting them collating. They pay parcel force about £8 for shipping and charge you £25. They point to their returns policy that says all returns are subject to double shipping costs. This is not legal in the UK.

Bought the Bluetti Mystery Box and very disappointed. For £129 I received a A30S which you can buy cheaper online.
I brought this bluetti AC180 to go off grid in my caravan and to use at home, 1800watts of power plus will go to 2700watts ideal for everything I need, microwave induction hob, air fryer phones through 4 usb and 1”C” output with 2 pure sine wave outputs handles the hairdryer and straighteners, bike charger no problem. Mains charging,12volt from car power socket and Solar panels, unfortunately I don’t have the panels but does charge fast. The screen shows you what power is going in and out and what power is left, how long to charge, flat top with wireless charging 15watts, light but powerful. If you’re looking to buy one I recommend buying this one. And I did buy this with my own money. I hope this review is helpful to you.
Dodgy. I spent ages choosing a bundle on prime sale on the bluetti website. Paid in full via paypal £796! Then next day got email saying they cancelled my order and will refund. Something to do with shopify? Whoever shopify is? I'm now waiting to get my money back. Feel scammed.now these dodgy are asking me to pay direct by bank transfer! Messed me about and my time totally wasted.
