Was so excited wanted a bluetti for ages so I bought two for my allotment to run my pond pump and other stuff got here well packaged charged and fully charged really quick from wall no problems did this for a couple months was going great then one day both of them never came back on i tried everything but no power so i asked to send them back the seller tried to make it hard for me but in the end they had to take them as they where within the time, was so upset no answer givin to me as why they had failed i wasnt using them for anything heavy. just a bad experience no apology nothing. really was gutted and expected more from bluetti they usually have really good results and I think I was more annoyed at having to fight the person from the company to take them back as it was no fault of my own.
