When I contacted Bluetti to return the item they said I would pay the "double shipping cost" after paying for the return yourself which is very inconvenient. This is the first company I experienced that. I would recommend not to buy if you are not 100% sure and if you want a good customer service experience.
They exploit UK customers. They charge the same £ rate as in $. AC180 cost me £799 while US pricing at $799 with a 1.28 FX rate. Avoid and buy from others who don't rip UK consumers off
Good looking product, seems to be well built, app works well and power output is great. I will probably add an extra expansion battery to my AC200Max and get another Solar panel to help boost charging which could almost make me completely off grid. I knocked one star off because currently I have no way to run my diesel heater because the 30A/12v DC cable that I need is and has been out of stock forever and it's non-standard so you cannot buy it elsewhere. If I had that cable, then I would give it 5 stars.
Purchased the EB55 in May 2022, the unit has been used frequently but not abused. It developed a charging fault in March 2023 whereas the charger stopped at 60% thinking the unit was at 100% (quite common from a Google search), but the unit battery capacity lights were at 60%. Returned for repair, and after receiving the unit back it seems that the repair has basically turned all the battery capacity lights on to 100% and instead of decreasing in 20% blocks upon use, it now stays at 100% until empty. Charging the unit instead of going up 0% to 20% to 40% and so on until full. It goes straight up to to 100% when in fact its still empty.
Great product. I had an issue with my AC200MAX and it had to be returned for service. Unfortunately it was poorly packed on the return journey but Bluetti were quick to replace it as there was sone cosmetic damage. Joanna in particular was of great help and responded quickly and kept me up to date during the repair and replacement.
Fast delivery, great piece of kit. It will get a good testing this year in our roof top tent, with lights, fridge,water pump and charging all our kit. Taking it with the caravan in summer to plug the caravan into it and save £5 a day on electric hook-up.

So far amazing product BUT the UK customer service is NONE EXISTENT. It's like they treat you as they should, a customer. Only up until the point you actually send the money to them. Hoping nothing goes wrong with my unit (AC200max) because to get it refunded or fixed would be near impossible with their extreme poor comms and customer support.
The AC200max really needs a display upgrade it lets down what is a great product. The product range is very well thought out with expansion batteries. Integration power bricks is also a great move. Supply logistics in the UK is confusing. Great company overall.
This is a BLUETTI power stations manufacturer with awful client service. Company get orders even when they do not have available inventory. I’ve placed my order SPF-EU-26912 and waited for more than 1 month without any notifications regarding delays in delivery (it is really crucial if you are located in Ukraine and you need a power station as soon as possible). On their website shipment dates are completely different. But that’s not the end. I requested refund when I had no more time and desire to wait. They promised to process refund in 3 business days. In case the refund is not received, they asked to report them. I didn’t receive my refund, so I reported it to Bluetti and I even send my bank details to speed up the refund. Currently, I’m somewhere in the middle of waiting any feedback. This can’t be called a client service at all.
Looks a very good product. I would have liked better email communication as to when to expect delivery. I ordered on 30/12/2022, delivered on 11/1/23. I only got a phone call from the courier nothing from you concerning delivery.
Unfortunately the cable sent will not charge the unit. I think the cable is faulty as the previous cable I had was working fine (I can’t find the previous one). If someone can get back to me to resolve this I am happy to change my review.
Terrible. Support is unresponsive, no updates about the order, shipment has been rescheduled and delayed several times. Canceled the order after 3 weeks trying to get at least an estimated. Ordered from Ecoflow in the end and happy.
I purchased an AC200Max in November to use with our motorhome and am very happy with it. It's a solid piece of kit with useful features over AC and DC voltages. I had a small challenge with reverse polarity when connecting it to our motorhome's AC input but was able to solution a workaround with the help of Joanna in customer services. As with any product at this price point make sure your research is sound and it's the solution you need. I am happy with my purchase, would recommend the product and the customer services team. Purchased a product month ago, still not shipped: SPF-EU-14310 Still not handed over from Bluetti to shipping carrier. First they sent GLS tracking number, after I complaint why is it not shipped, they sent me DPD tracking, but still not shipped.
Delivery of the EB70 was good,4 days in and the EB70 has failed,sent e mails to Bluetti sales and service which have not been answered,phone goes to answer machine, very poor customer service no communication.Will have to contact my credit card to recover cost under section 75.
