Worst return policy ever.
I purchased Bluetti EB3A and when I received it I did want to return it because it was too big for my place in the car. When I contacted Bluetti to return the item they said I would pay the "double shipping cost" after paying for the return yourself which is very inconvenient. This is the first company I experienced that. I would recommend not to buy if you are not 100% sure and if you want a good customer service experience.
