Great product, service is strong but still room for a little improvement
Great product. I had an issue with my AC200MAX and it had to be returned for service. Unfortunately it was poorly packed on the return journey but Bluetti were quick to replace it as there was sone cosmetic damage. Joanna in particular was of great help and responded quickly and kept me up to date during the repair and replacement.
