1 month passed since order paid - still not shipped
Purchased a product month ago, still not shipped: SPF-EU-14310 Still not handed over from Bluetti to shipping carrier. First they sent GLS tracking number, after I complaint why is it not shipped, they sent me DPD tracking, but still not shipped.
