Elite 300 and charger 2

Elite 300 and charger 2. The products are easy to instal and use. Powers all we need it to and upgradable if required in the future. Should probably write this review in a few months time after it’s been thoroughly tested. Having said that, both items appear well made and offer no reason to expect nothing other than a positive report after proper field use.

Slow to sort out warranty faults

It worked great for eight months then it stopped working. Phoned customer support who said would escalate fault and respond with in twenty four hours, I got no response so phoned again, they said they would escalate again. Still waiting and battery not working. Checked online and it seems to be a common problem!!

Warranty replacement E3BA/Elite 30 V2

Order SPF UK 13515 re: EBA3. Sadly this unit completely failed a few days before the 2 Year warranty expired. However, I received excellent customer service from Joanie who told me how to return the item and then informed me at each stage of the repair/replacement procedure. The EB3A was replaced with a refurbished newer model Elite 30 V2 which was of similar specifications and is working well. Thank you Joanie

Bluetti power bank, compact but powerful.

I have been looking for a power bank to run a portable fridge/freezer in my mpv. After researching several different makes I went for a small Bluetti unit. The key reasons for this was the compact but sturdy unit, the selection of outputs and the proactive customer support. The unit was easy to order, arrived very quickly and has met all my supply needs. I would recommend and am planning to buy a bigger output unit for some in home power support.

Where can i start

Where can i start Bought a new unit at a cost of £1600 approx had it 6 months it went on fire contacted the company who said they would collect , repair and return i waited for a month and in the end sent it to them myself , it came back fixed but after a short time it went on fire again and could have burnt down my business , same thing waited for them to collect but nothing so have sent it back myself at a cost of £500 due to the weight of the unit, have confirmation from the transport it was delivered but no responce from Bluetti other than false promises this company is a complete scam , i ran a credit report and they are in minus and the delivery address is some shack - PLEASE stay clear of this operation

Great quality power station.

Overall, I’m really quite impressed with the product and build quality of the elite 100 V2. The unit worked incredibly well on the UPS function is really useful. It’s coming handy a couple of times to manage power cuts. I did have a bizarre issue where the unit wouldn’t turn on easily however upon contacting BLUETTI support they arranged for the power station to be collected and tested where they confirm there was a problem and replaced under warranty without issue. The whole process to take a few weeks to resolve, however I was completely satisfied with the process. The power station is excellent, and the inverter is strong enough to power the majority of devices.

I recently purchased a Power Station…

I recently purchased a Power Station from Bluetti UK which was listed as being 'NEW', however on receipt of the unit, I found that the box was not sealed, the display did not have a protective film over it and looked liked it had been wiped with a damp cloth. In addition, the unit was covered in finger marks, (I have photographs to illustrate my comments). I don't think you need to be an expert to establish this unit was not 'NEW' as advertised. I run an inspection company and requested my colleagues to exam the unit and in their opinion, they come to the same conclusion that the item was not 'NEW' and possibly refurbished. On three separate occasions I attempted to contact the company in an effort to resolve the issue and see if they could offer an explanation. On each occasion there was no response which leaves you to believe they knew full well what they had done. If you are considering a Power Station, think long and hard before purchasing from this company as they have zero customer care and it looks like they may be scamming people to the effect of charging for 'NEW' items, but actually selling refurbished items. Most companies that are seriously concerned about customer care will respond and offer corrective action, sadly not this company. It's your choice which Power Station you purchase and from where, but I would urge you to think of the consequences of purchasing an item that cost several hundreds of pounds only to find out later you have been duped! There are other far more reputable companies selling these items and it's worth considering them so that you don't fall into the same problems I encountered. As a company, especially in the inspection business, we are considering bring this issue to the attention of Trading Standards, simply because we cannot allow companies like this get away with this type of malpractice.
