Buyers also appreciate the exceptionally fast delivery service and the sturdy, well-built design of the equipment. What people say

Unreliable products

The EB3A i bought has had lots of issues, the main one being that it wont even turn on unless you provide AC power, once its plugged in briefly it will show that there is battery capacity left and work as expected. As its a device for portable power its not useful if you have to basically jump start it. I had it sent in for repairs under warranty however it was exactly the same upon return.

Trusted brand and returned for later model

This is my second Bluetti, the first one was a 0.5kw model and is about 6 years old, it has powered my fridge overnight on many a camping trip, charged phones and other stuff. This year I was able to purchase an 200 V2 model, which I have only used for power tool charging at home, camping trips had to be postponed for personal reasons. It arrived earlier than expected, which If memory serve, the first one did also, good to know that some company's can still deliver as stated, or earlier It has so far been perfect at everything it's been used for, I would recommend this model as a good one for camping and any power tool charging, whether for work or DIY. Only thing I don't like is the weight, but then I'm not a young man anymore, looking at trolley options as I live quite a distance from the road, perhaps an option for Bluetti to explore for us older less fit people.

Batteries good, portable panels not so mych

While the service is good, and the batteries are solid, the portable solar panels in the 120w range don’t last very long at all. I have bought three 120w portable solar panels through Bluetti over the years and every time over about five or six months panel after panel starts failing. Right now, on my most recent purchase probably no more than 9 months ago, in full sunlight I only achieve 20w, when I should be getting 100w or more, which tells me three of the four panels are kaput.

Contested Facebook giveaway followed by a ban from the Bluetti France Facebook group

I challenged a giveaway posted in the Bluetti France Facebook group because the stated conditions required that the invited person join the group and actively participate in it, in particular by replying or commenting. However, based on the visible elements at the time, the profile announced as the winner raised serious doubts, in my opinion, as to whether this condition had actually been met. Despite several messages, I did not receive any concrete response on this specific point. After raising my concerns, I also found that I had been banned from the Facebook group, which reinforced my impression of a lack of transparency in the handling of this matter. After such an experience, the many negative reviews published about this brand unfortunately seem much easier to understand to me now. If you want, I can also give you a more natural English version for Trustpilot, or a more formal/legal English version.

First of all they requested this review…

First of all they requested this review following a quick customer survey. However I've had a few of their products and really pleased with the balance of price, quality and customer interaction so very happy to recommend anyone thinking of buying one of their products that if the features meet your needs you won't be unhappy with a purchase from Bluetti.

Top of the products in its class …

I have been using Bluetti products for over five years, mainly as a portable solution for power where none is readily available. The EB unit that I have had longest has been a stalwart supply that has been used for everything from keeping the fridges going in power cuts to keeping tech equipment running through prolonged outages. I have added various smaller units for demonstrations and presentations for the Smart Home projects that I design and implement across the UK and Europe. My most recent being an Elite 10 which lives with me. Build quality is excellent, the app is new and evolving, and the purchase process is stand-out. The only reason this is not five star is down to customer service - especially pre-sales which needs a lot more focus on more complex requests for mid-to-high value home backup/off grid solutions. Bluetti is my go-to manufacturer for the quality and flexibility of the products. This will, undoubtably, only get better as demand increases in these troubled times.

Customer with 3 products but poor customer service

I have 3 of the products and have found them very useful. However, the customer service is way below the product. I was sent a solar panel that I had not ordered. I told customer service, and since then, I have had to follow up with them to get it collected. It's sitting, wasting space and my time. No apology, and I almost feel like it was my fault. Eventually, they arranged for collection and driver did not turn up! I wish they would stop giving gifts to YouTubers and perhaps look after the customers that buy the product

Perfect for my use case.

AFter looking at much bigger battery options, i came across a video for the Elite 10 and it highligjted something I didnt think about (keeping a CPAP machine running) - I have phones and watches etc and the CPAP and a light on the side table all plugged in to a 6-way mains block. Sometime i juggled devices/cables and a wireless charging pad. now this Elite 10 means I only need one wall socket and if I choose i can charge 2-3 phones and a fitnes watch off one device and know that the CPAP can function in the event of an outage and give me time to make the most of the device etc...

Bought the elite 10 not really…

Bought the elite 10 not really expecting too much from the small sized product but i have to say im impressed as it constantly punches above its weight. I use it to recharge my phone and tablets and in an emergency it can easily run my wifi, Having a built in light is really handy and I’ve even run my tv in the bedroom for a short while in a power cut and us so easy to carry from room to room. This is fast becoming one if my favourite Bluetti products

Bluetti powering summer house/workshop

I have a summer house/workshop in my garden with no access to mains electricity.I bought a Bluetti Elite 200 and a solar panel. It’s a game changer,I now have lighting, power for tools and water features. When I’m not using power the solar panel tops it up.If, for any reason the battery runs too low ,it is portable so I can take it in to house to charge it. Overall,I am really pleased with my purchase.

All in all very pleased

After much consideration and confusion (as there are now so many options for power stations out there) I went ahead and called my two choices. The first (not Bluetti )put me on hold for 29 minutes before I hung up. I got through to Bluetti straight away and spoke to the lovely Ivan. I explained what I needed,... A power source for an off-grid setup..., and he recommended the Apex 300 with a 350w solar panel. I asked how long delivery would take and he confirmed I should have it within 10 days. Two days later I received the first items, delivered by two different companies. My order was coming in 5 separate shipments! Courier and post. That took me by surprise and seems very inefficient. So I had deliveries on Friday, Saturday and the main unit arrived on Monday, so all in less than a week from placing the order. A nice surprise was a rather valuable, handy gift I had no idea I was getting. Everything worked perfectly right out of the box. Meanwhile I found out I could have saved over £200 if I'd bought elsewhere and emailed Bluetti with a link to the cheaper price. They refunded me the difference within 24 hrs. Apart from the split shipping, and not being able to reach anyone on a Friday, I have had an excellent experience so far. The products are sturdy, well made and do what they are meant to. I have seen the poor reviews on customer service, and hope they can rectify that, as the products are great and my experience has been perfect.
