Bodor has been fantastic. I was honestly a little nervous about the process at the start. Putting money up front and waiting for the laser to arrive was nerve wracking. However, since it's arrival it has been a dream. Our tech was OUTSTANDING and helped us overcome a few initial challenges. The machine has performed amazing and any questions we have had have been promptly answered by their support team. We couldn't be happier and highly recomend. Can't wait to buy one of their tube lasers next!

Warning, Please make sure to read the bad reviews here on Trustpilot, you will find a clear trend. Our story, During our purchase process, we were warned about Bodor, and was noted to be careful. This naturally ended in that we lost our deposit of 24.000€. We got worried on below listed points, and decided to test the business moral of Bodor, and got sadly confirmed in our impression, that this is a company with EXTREMELY poor moral. The reason for our cancellation was several important points. A/ The CE certificates we received, was not correct. They did not cover more than half of the demanded tests, only the electrical tests of electrical safety, not a single from Machine safety. Which means they did not comply with CE. This was unfortunately not registered by us untill after we paid deposit. B/ Bodor take every complaint like a thread, and respond with stopping communicating. C/ Their Bodor 2.0 software, is not based on own software, it is most likely a Pretty UI on top of maybe Cypcut. This means that every time there is a new software version, updating UI will cost Bodor, since they don't do software themself, resulting in Bodor software is generations behind constantly and mostly full of bugs. None of their software carry Microsoft certificates, so all security must be disabled..... Armature garbage !! D/ Most parts are altered standard products, and rebranded, so you ONLY can buy them from Bodor, giving two issues. 1/ that the prices for parts will be high. 2/ you are forced to buy and stay "friends" = dance like a monkey, at Bodor's song. THIS LAST POINT IS NOT PLEASANT AT ALL. If you complaint, you will simply be cut off from support and parts. AFTER CANCELLATION, We found several companies who wanted to buy our purchase, but Bodor found every time a new reason not to transfer the purchase to other buyer, which all naturally was just to a joke, while we had spoken loudly and stepped on their toes. End of story, they finally stopped replying emails, Wechat, Skype etc. And we never got a chance to do right, they just kept every dime. And actually have complete diagrams over the machine.... This is the important points for us, that we are not dependent of cooperation with manufacturer or lack of parts ! Stay away from Bodor.
