You're right - the shipping errors as the 1st order had been delivered but not found as per the communication and proof of postage, was unacceptable. As the mistake was made after, we took full responsibility and another full replacement order with express service was provided. Your full replacement order (both Bond Touch devices and band ) has been issued and will be delivered tomorrow as per the tracking of this latest order.
