Hi Ryan, Thank you for your feedback, and I'm sorry for the experience — after 50 years of wearing hearing aids, you deserved far better than unanswered emails and a call that was never scheduled. That initial failure is on us, and I understand your frustration. As soon as your message reached me, I replied directly, shared our support line and email, and raised a ticket to get you an appointment with our audiologist to correct the settings. By then you'd understandably decided to return the devices, which we've honored — your refund is being processed. We're also fixing how our support team handles requests so no customer has to chase us for a reply again. Thank you for your patience, and again, my apologies.
