Our Professional Serum is a highly concentrated formulation, and when used as directed (one pipette per day), a 5ml bottle is designed to last approximately two weeks. At this time, we do not offer the Professional Serum in larger sizes. As it contains a high concentration of active biologics, keeping the product in smaller, controlled volumes helps maintain its integrity. Prolonged exposure to air may increase the risk of contamination, as stem cell proteins are particularly susceptible to bacteria, and can also lead to evaporation, reducing the effectiveness and volume of the product over time. We’re also sorry to hear that you did not see the results you were hoping for. Results can vary depending on individual conditions, consistency of use, and treatment context, particularly as this product is often used alongside professional procedures.
