This review is strictly for the hair serum. I have been experiencing hair thinning and shedding related to age and CCCA. I noticed about a 75% improvement in the bald areas after the 2nd ampule (4th treatment). I am currently on my second box of six ampules. With this round I have noticed an improvement in my hairline (90%). Smell: The serum has a funky smell when you first apply it. The scent goes away after a couple of minutes and does not stay in the hair. I give the serum a 100/10. Note* I did not do the subscription. I was able to find a coupon online for my first two orders. I did join Calecim’s membership which is free and comes with discounts and freebies. I am not a fan of subscriptions, so I will continue to order as needed. Beware if you opt for the subscription you will be locked into a minimum of three orders.
The shipping with DHL was a problem as the package got lost for 2+ weeks with USPS (which DHL uses) and was not delivered. The Company ultimately provided me a refund and cancelled my order

This stuff really works. I began with the eye contour lifting cream. In about 2 weeks of use, my upper eyelid was noticeably smoother with fewer wrinkles. The product came with a sample of the facial liquid which is a miracle worker. It has diminished a scar, lightened dark spots and actually dries out blemishes. I will continue to use these products.

I've been using this serum for 3 weeks now. There has been a noticeable change in the quality of my skin. I’ve used this right after a treatment with radio frequency, and I can feel the serum absorbing quickly. Ive also used it with my Laduora Lumeo and am loving the results.
