First, let me say, that I am a career Penny Pincher. I simply have no money for fake products. However, I did my research and found that I could really benefit from the shampoo and conditioner that Kilgore MD sells. Sometimes in life you just get lucky. This stuff is amazing. My hair is thicker and shinier and smoother than it has been in decades. I am 60 years old now and have come out of a several year illness with terrible hair. After only using it a few times, there has been marked improvement from scalp to end. I also decided to do the subscription so that I could have the small discount. But life always gets in the way and I forgot about it. Then I got an email saying that my order was being processed and shipped. I nearly fainted because I had totally forgotten and it's not cheap. I emailed right away and asked them to stop the shipment if possible. They responded almost immediately and told me it had been halted and the payment was returned and when I should see it in my bank account. Immediately! Did I say immediately?. I was so impressed and shocked that I made sure I not only think them but went into my account and instead of canceling the subscription, which I typically end up doing, I chose to delay my next Auto shipment. So, I am happy with them and they are happy with me and the interaction has made me feel very good. Kind of rare these days.

Healthy Scalp. Healthy Hair.
I was looking for a product to help with my hair loss. Kilgour scalp oils have not only stopped the hair shedding but also made my scalp feel much healthier. At 3 months, I had less shedding and a healthier scalp. At 6 months, my hair looks and feels like it used to.

I’m on month three of your product plus I am now using your shampoo and conditioner and my hair is feeling and looking much better no hair in the drain and minimal hair in my brush

Kilgour serum bundle does NOT work
I have tried the Kilgour prevention and treatment serum for 8 months. I spent a ridiculous amount of money on the bundle and have not seen any hair regrowth at all. I think it is really sad that companies take advantage of people who are so desparate to find a hair growth product just to spend hard earned money on another one that doesnt work.

8 weeks and seeing results
I have been on the shampoo/conditioner/serum for 8 weeks. I can see a difference in the shedding. Still have some but it is less. My hairstylist said he can see new growth coming in. I am very pleased with the progress and expect more positive results in the future.
When I have emailed them with questions, I get an answer very quickly. I am very pleased so far with my treatment and service.

This product made left MORE hair in the drain. I didn't realize it was a subscription until I received a notification that the second order had shipped. I immediately emailed them to cancel and they said that even unopened all sales are final for the shampoo and conditioner. The serum has a 90 day "happiness" policy BUT NOT the shampoo or conditioner. Considering it is ridiculously expensive, don't bother.

The product is expensive, so it should work very well. But the white serum turning my hair yellow/orange is a problem. I sent an email asking , if I quit the white serum, what would that do to my 90 day guarantee. No one answered that question. I just sent another email.

Stuff doesn't work, I've had 3 or more refills by now with zero results. On top of it, canceling subscription a week before shipment still gets you charged and the customer service is a joke.

1) After five months....
1) After five months, no improvement in hair growth. 2) The product makes your hair sticky/wet in a manner that makes it look like you've put gel in it. 3) The product is syrup-like, so it's hard to dropper onto your scalp efficiently. 4) The droppers are odd-shaped, don't fill or empty consistently. The only pros are A) it smells good and B) when I told them to stop sending me product, they did.

To no fault of KilgourMD, I had a terrible reaction with the product. Once I E-mailed them explaining my bad reaction experience the company was so amazingly wonderful & gave me a 100% refund back without any questions asked. I know KilgourMD has worked for others and I’m sorry it did not work for me.

I really believe the serum helped my hair grow but I felt like it made my hair a bit greasier and I never felt like my hair looked good anymore, regardless of more hair. I also felt like I couldn’t get it all over my scalp so figured I would try something systemic/oral instead.

I purchased the product which took quite a while to show up. In the meantime I realized that the shedding was from someone else using my brush. I never opened the box that it was shipped in yet the company says they have a policy of no refunds regardless of the fact that not only was the product UNOPENED and UNUSED the shipping box was still perfectly in tact. So, don't buy these products thinking they are refundable even if they are not opened or used. Very bad customer service and poor company policy. Shame on you Dr Kilgour for essentially stealing someone's money!!
Update: as you can see from the company's reply to my review, they don't refund anything. The hints at refund for 90 days is just a lie as per my experience.
