They do NOT allow a refund for products shipped after the initial purchase, even if unopened.
Their "90 Day Guarantee" is only for the first purchase, and ONLY FOR THE SERUM, not the Shampoo, which is what the "Ad" was for. Additionally, you must use the product for the full 90 days before you can request your money back. In the meantime, they send another shipment in 60 days, that they won't take back. If they think their product is so good, they should be willing to accept returns. I think it is actually making my hair WORSE!
Cancelling the subscription is also a challenge. They don't make it easy to find where to cancel, and you have to answer multiple questions before you finally get to cance.
I would RUN from this company. $150 down the drain!

The shampoo left my hair oily. The conditioner made my hair tangly. Worst product I have tried. Company did not stand by their product and refused a refund. Stated all sales are final, which means they have no faith in their product.

This company has you take a quiz to ensure their products work for you. Then, it tells you that you are in luck and this product is right for you. My hair is shedding more now than it did before. How can any clinician stand by this product? I have had a long and sordid relationship with my hair. I'm no stranger to it falling out and things of that nature. This product promised results and it delivered..... More hair lost. I'm beyond disappointed. I won't be recommending this product to anyone. The only thing that truly works is the proper vitamins being ingested. Don't waste your money.

I have used the Kilgour system for 8 months or so with visible hair regrowth! When a concern came up, I emailed customer service who responded within hours. Couldn't get past the scent
I really wanted this to work for me, but the fragrance was just too overpowering. It's very strong and perfumed, and I couldn't get through more than a day of use before I had to stop. I'd love to see an unscented version in the future — the formula itself might be great, but the scent made it a dealbreaker for me.

Bought 1 bottle
Bought 1 bottle. First of all, very expensive for the content. It says "apply 1 dropper to your full scalp". If I want to cover my fully scalp, it needs 5 to 7 droppers minimum. The product would be empty in 1 week. Additionally, it feels like putting on a Tom Ford perfume. The smell is crazy strong and totally unpleasant.
Overall no reduction in hair loss and just a bad experience. Would not recommend, there are better products on the market.

Nearly a month in and so far so good. I really like the shampoo; it doesn't take much and my hair is super clean and my scalp doesn't itch anymore. I don't usually shampoo daily (mostly every two days, sometimes three) and my hair still feels clean. I use the conditioner as well and was hoping for less frizz, but that could be from living in a Pacific rainforest; a bit of argan oil helps with that. As for both oils, I admit my laziness: I mix a dropper of each together at night or after shampooing, and apply that mixture once daily. For me, it doesn't add a lot of extra oiliness even after two days of oils but no shampooing. Hard to tell if it is helping at this point (I'm going to say probably), but I definitely notice less hair in the drain! I'm happy with the system so far. It's a bit costly, but no more than adding up the many half-used bottles of store brands sitting in my cupboard.

I love this product for my hair. It is stronger, thicker and filled in at the temples. I gave two bottles to my daughter (age 29) and in 2 weeks she is growing baby hairs and has more fullness and body. Even better, the customer service has been outstanding. I had two separate unrelated problems with 2 separate orders and both were corrected within hours to my complete satisfaction. If you can read a smile in an email, the transactions were completed with a huge smile on both ends.

Customer service is excellent. Product is working - I can no longer see a wide part and the hair at my crown is also less thin and easily seen through. It has taken longer than the marketing materials indicate, though. Although I apply the serum directly to my scalp, it makes my hair greasy and gives my white hair a brown tinge, so I won’t use forever. But, since it’s working, I’m on my 2nd 3-mo supply.

I started using the shampoo and conditioner 8 weeks ago. It's incredible! I have thick hair, but it was shedding constantly and I was picking many hairs off my clothes every 10 minutes. By week 4 the shedding decreased to what I consider a normal level - a few hairs a day. It's week 8 and something unexpected is happening. I've had a receding hairline on each side for decades. That's just my hairline. Now baby hairs are filling into those areas. I never anticipated this! The science works!

I feel it's really pricey
I feel it's really pricey, I really wanted this to work soo bad because he is a Stanford doctor. I didn't see any results. I used it exactly like it said and used all the bottles. No results. I got introduced to a Korean brand called Medi-Cube The Medi-cube shampoo and serums worked way better for me. My hair feels thicker and fuller! I honestly wouldn't waste money on the Kilgour product.
