My product arrived broken and open
My product arrived broken and open - creating quite the mess - At the Post Office, I discarded the packaging and kept the conditioner. There was nothing left of the shampoo. I contacted the company and they said too bad so sad and cited all their policies. What is so sad - is that I love the conditioner and was going to provide the product as part of our wellness routine at our resorts. The company could have replaced it and had thousands of new customers - Terrible customer service.

Waste of money My hair is falling out more than ever with the KILGOUR PRODUCTS
I have massive hair fall specifically after using their shampoo and conditioner
very upsetting and frustrating
I thought that had a money back guarantee for their shampoo and conditioner but they don’t As you can see from the reply they offered to make this right but as of now they have not responded with any resolution

I feel like the product help support my hair regrowth after my GLP-1 use. I was concerned about them inconsistencies in the coloring of the product. It wasn’t always the same.

The serum causes my blonde hair to become brassy/discolored exactly where I apply it.

I purchased Kilgour products ~3 weeks ago and began using it right away. Unfortunately for me, I have very sensitive skin and the product did irritate my skin. Total scam! I bought a 6 month supply to ensure I had enough time to see results. Unfortunately this was not any better than other products I have used. They do offer a 90 day trial guarantee. I did not ask for a refund since I wanted to give the product the full 6 months with hair shedding and hair growth cycles. To my surprise, I received another 6 month supply! As soon as I received it, I did not open it but reached out to the company for return instructions. Shockingly they said they would not accept the return! $500 wasted. Their return policy on these bundles are not clear and the rep even admitted this! I will be writing a formal complaint to the consumer protection agencies. I anticipate a class action lawsuit coming for their deceptive practices.
