Calecim Professional Serum - Customer Service
I’ve using the Calecim Professional Serum for about 3 weeks now and I can say that I can already feel a difference in my skin texture. It’s still early days but I shall continue to monitor, then I shall probably enter into a subscription because it’s quite expensive. The customer service is great, sometimes a little slow but Theresa always gets back to me with answers to any product queries I have. The samples of other products are a great idea too, I’ve just ordered the eye contour lifting cream after being pleasantly surprised by the sample I was sent. I recently contacted Calecim because my Eye Contour Lifting Cream had been left by the delivery person in a very hot location, and I was unable to retrieve it for several days. I was concerned about whether it was still suitable to use around my eyes. Theresa took the time to review the photos and details with the team, confirmed that the cream appeared safe to use, and then very kindly arranged a replacement as a goodwill gesture even though I hadn’t asked for one. I really appreciated the thorough way the issue was handled and the reassurance it gave me.
NO WOW factor
Its not magic - it didn’t turn around my skin as it advertised. I did not like the smell but because its expensive I have to ised and finish it. Its the same effect as my 45 USD cream. Definitely NOT a WOW factor!

First thing is that I love Calecim products. I’m 82 and have almost no wrinkles on my face. I constantly receive compliments. Recently I ordered some products and mistakenly used our Arizona address rather than our vacation home on my order. I wasn’t able to change it as the order was being processed. Teresa at Calecim was able to get it reshipped to me in very short time. She was amazing.

Missing important details
I wish the serum comes in cooling packaging as the product looses its potency due to higher temperature. I live in Texas and it’s 110F degrees outside. I don’t even know if I still can use it after it was laying for a couple hours in my mailbox.

I am using the hair serum, but I'm only on week 7. It may be too soon to know if it's working. But I'm giving 4 stars because I had a great customer service experience. Also, I like the earthy scent of the hair serum and enjoy the process of derma stamping and applying it. I hope it works for me.

Excellent products. A bit expensive but worth it. Best skincare I have ever tried. I like that there are minimal products in their skincare line as I hate having too many products on my face. The only cream I will not repurchase is the Restorative Hydration Cream as I don’t feel it is hydrating enough for my 60-year old skin. Combine it with tretinoin & microneedling & your skin will be glowing.
