No noticeable change… bummed
So far the communication and shipping is great but, the product has an awful smell and I see zero difference. In fact it almost leaves my skin more dry. Disappointed and locked in a contract.

I’ve been using for months with no…
I’ve been using for months with no noticeable improvement. I tried to cancel, but it’s subscription based I need to pay for the product 3 times before they will let me cancel. Given the hefty price tag, I will end up paying hundreds of dollars for skincare that doesn’t work for me. Terrible business practice and customer service.

Customer service is slow and packaging is cheap
UPDATE: In response to my prior review, the company reached out promptly and sent a new professional pigment solution at no cost. I did offer to return the defective one. Though my initial experience was not ideal, I am going to continue using the products for an additional 3 months to see if they are as effective as others I’ve tried. I will update that later. I did revise my selection from one star to three as they did eventually resolve my issue. The product packaging feels cheap and does not perform well. I received the professional pigment solution more than a week ago and the dispenser pump is defective. I reached out to the company to provide a video and start the exchange process. It has been a week of back and forth asking for additional videos, and photos as they do not open on their end. I understand that defective products happen, but the lack of regard and drawn out process to make an exchange is where it gets frustrating.

I like the product but I only use it after microneedling every 2 weeks for a very short amount of time it's very hard to determine what the cumulative effects or combative changes it's made to my skin. Due to the epidermal growth factors I will stick with this. My main daily routine consists of 2 other medical grade skincare companies so it difficult of who to give credit to :)
Great products
I like that Calecim has a limited number of focused, high grade products. I ordered a few different full sized products and was able to select a couple of trial size products- which was great! I have now ordered my second multi action cream. It will be a staple in my skincare routine My orders have been processed and shipped in a timely manner.
expired product horrible customer service
received an expired product. After many attempts at contacting support they provided a label to return the item. They have been unresponsive since i sent out the item and i havent been refunded either In response to the customer service team, who only responded to my email with a refund after I wrote my review on trust pilot, your response is a complete lie. I received a product that expired in 2025 as stated on top of the box. To anyone thinking of purchasing with this company, hopefully you can see my review and stay away from this company.

I don’t write reviews but I decided I had to. I love that while the products aren’t cheap, the company gives you useable samples. Most other companies give you that single use, if your lucky, amount and somehow that is gonna do something for you. I sat down and looked at my face yesterday, week after using pigment corrector sample, and for once I saw an actual change. I didn’t realize my skin was so splotchy until it was gone. I also swear it gave me eyelids but can’t prove that cuz I honestly wasn’t looking all the time. This made me realize how much we use creams and honestly we don’t actually expect to see anything. Just wanted to say thank you for the logical and generous samples to actually try products because it worked and now I am buying the big size.

So before I rushed to review this product, I wanted to get it several months to see if this actually worked. I went through a purge phase but stuck it through. Now my skin looks better than ever! I’m 33 and people think I’m in my twenties. I had preexisting acne scars that look so much better. I def recommend the pigment solution and multi-action cream

I came to write this honest review as I wish this was advised prior to being influenced on tiktok by the non influencer who I also unfollowed. This product is ridiculously expensive for the sample size they give. I spent $175 and on products and it did NOTHING to my skin. I highly recommend against even being tempted. I don't have money like this to waste and had high hopes so I am writing this to save someone. I really wish I could get my money back. The products also smells like spoiled fruit. Not fresh so disappointed
