This serum works!!! I have afro hair and have been anemic (fibroids causing heavy bleeding) and deficient in folate and vitamin D. My B12 was fine. I also I'm insulin resistant (which zepbound is helping with). I fixed my iron and folate and soon vitamin D. I have been experiencing lots of hair fall and I also wanted to regrow my crown and temples that I'd started losing (alopecia and diffuse shedding) because of anemia. I'd seen this serum before and was curious about it. When I saw all the hair in my brush, I bought a box. I used that for 6 weeks religiously. My hair started growing at my hair line, part, and crown area. I'm now on my second treatment (week 9), got the subscription, so I'll have more rounds of treatment before maintenance. It's actually working and I expect it will be better now that my nutrition is better and I'm not anemic anymore

I’ve been using Calecim products for about 6 weeks now, and I’m loving my skin again. The eye lifting contour cream is working. I see and feel a subtle difference and know that with more time the effect is going to be great! I also use the multi action cream, and it makes my skin feel so nice. It also makes my makeup look wonderful. So wonderful that my husband (who is not one to pay compliments) is complimenting my makeup. ❤️

I see such a huge difference in my skin…

I use the Professional Serum, the pigment solution, the multi-action cream & the restorative hydration cream. I see such a huge difference in my skin since using Calecim 😍. The refresh look & feeling at night when I’m done with my skincare routine and in the morning after waking up. My face clearing up from hyperpigmentation & a hormonal bump that tried to make its way to the surface & now gone, so shout out to the Professional Serum because I haven’t even incorporated the professional serum into my routine as of yet 😮‍💨😍. Consistency is definitely key for when you start any new skincare routine, however, using Calecim consistently these last couple of weeks has definitely made my skincare routine easy & minimal & my skin is loving this formulation. I do still use a toner & an HA because I’m a little extra and I need & love hydration, but it Calecim products still works well with my other products. Was asked at work if I had on makeup ☺️ so keep doing what you all are doing 🥰 I would have to say Calecim is worth the price because it works! Side note: idk why I don’t see many influencers talking about this product because this is such a great product that actually works.

Very disappointing

I Ordered the eye contouring cream and received multiple, good sized samples I was really excited to try, including a large bottle of the professional pigment serum; which caused an allergic reaction on my neck and a rosacea flare up on my cheeks. My order took 10 days to ship, the eye contouring cream burns and all the samples smell disgusting. I do not have sensitive skin and have been very disappointed with everything I received.

Amazing Products

So far I've used the pigment control serum, eye serum, daytime moisturizer, and the night serum. All have been great products that made a noticeable difference in my skin very quickly. Quite honestly, the eye serum is the absolute best for age-related hooded eyes. Quick shipping and packaged very well. The rewards program is also fabulous!

Disappointing Results After 6 Months

I followed the protocol consistently for six months and paired it with hair supplements, hoping to finally see a difference. Unfortunately, after all that time and commitment, there was absolutely no noticeable change. For the price point, I expected at least some results but the impact was essentially zero. Very disappointing and not worth the investment.

Delivery Service is not good

REVISED 2026-05-20: Product delivered - customer service from company reached out quickly. 2026-05-17 Though the product is good. The delivery service used is terrible. My last order hasn't arrived yet and is being sent back to the warehouse apparently. I had to create a service ticket. Why don't they call me or leave a note.

I have been attempting to return your products because I experienced a very negative reaction to the products from the initial shipment. In addition, I am extremely frustrated because I did not authorize or enroll in any recurring shipment program. The products from the second shipment remain unopened and are still in their original packaging. I also completed the return request through the link provided, but I have yet to receive any response or follow-up from your company. If I do not receive a response within the next 48 hours regarding my return, refund, and cancellation request, I will pursue further action. I have already initiated a dispute with my credit card company, American Express, regarding these charges. I expect someone to respond to my previous emails and address this matter immediately. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service surrounding this issue.

There was absolutely no solution or…

There was absolutely no solution or desire to find a solution to my email. Might as well just not have any customer support at all. I reached out within 5 minutes of placing the order and now they’re saying hours. A company that lies as well. I sent a couple emails about it. Not just one. No responsibility and again offers zero solution. The product was not shipped and didn’t go anywhere. I contacted within 5 minutes of the order.

Works much better than retinoid and AHA

I just passed the 60-day mark in using the Professional serum and Multi-action cream and I am very pleased with the results. Now that I am in my 50’s, retinoids and AHA’s don’t seem to have much if any anti-aging effect on my post-menopausal skin anymore. After watching a number of influencers who gave very positive reviews on the product(one even said that he had stopped using retinoids and other actives and was now just using Calecim), I decided to give Calecim a try and I’m glad I did. It is pricey, but I think it’s worth it because it works. My complexion is more smooth and radiant. I can tell there’s more plumpness and bounce. The lines around my mouth and chin area which were bothering me have softened noticeably. I also see improvement with the laxity under my chin area. I do use at-home devices including red light, laser and micro-needling and the Professional serum and Multi-action cream have enhanced their results, significantly. I use the Multi-action cream daily, morning and night. And I use the Professional serum about 3 times a week after using a device. I usually mix 3 drops of the serum with a hyaluronic acid serum and apply to my entire face, neck and décolletage. As I said, I’m very pleased with the results I’ve been seeing after using the Professional serum and Multi-action cream for two months now. And I expect my skin to improve even more as I continue to use these products.

Sadly Too Expensive to Use More Often

I’m giving this 3 stars — not because it doesn’t work, but because it is simply too expensive. I only use it 3 times a week in my evening routine because of the price. If you lowered the price a little, I truly believe you would sell much more. Women with limited budgets also want to feel youthful, beautiful, and confident. My evening routine with the Pink Serum + Night Restor Cream is honestly something I always look forward to. I call it my “Calecim evening,” because I already know that the next morning my skin will look rested, firm, smooth, glowing, and have that beautiful glass skin effect we all want. Unfortunately, because of the high price, I cannot afford to have more Calecim evenings — or even use it in the morning as well. As for the Multi Action Cream, it is not enough for me during the day. I still need to combine it with several other hydrating products for my skin to stay comfortable throughout the day. That said, I genuinely recommend the evening routine because the results are truly impressive.
