Customer service is slow and packaging is cheap
UPDATE: In response to my prior review, the company reached out promptly and sent a new professional pigment solution at no cost. I did offer to return the defective one. Though my initial experience was not ideal, I am going to continue using the products for an additional 3 months to see if they are as effective as others I’ve tried. I will update that later. I did revise my selection from one star to three as they did eventually resolve my issue. The product packaging feels cheap and does not perform well. I received the professional pigment solution more than a week ago and the dispenser pump is defective. I reached out to the company to provide a video and start the exchange process. It has been a week of back and forth asking for additional videos, and photos as they do not open on their end. I understand that defective products happen, but the lack of regard and drawn out process to make an exchange is where it gets frustrating.
