Calecim Professional Serum - Customer Service
I’ve using the Calecim Professional Serum for about 3 weeks now and I can say that I can already feel a difference in my skin texture. It’s still early days but I shall continue to monitor, then I shall probably enter into a subscription because it’s quite expensive. The customer service is great, sometimes a little slow but Theresa always gets back to me with answers to any product queries I have. The samples of other products are a great idea too, I’ve just ordered the eye contour lifting cream after being pleasantly surprised by the sample I was sent. I recently contacted Calecim because my Eye Contour Lifting Cream had been left by the delivery person in a very hot location, and I was unable to retrieve it for several days. I was concerned about whether it was still suitable to use around my eyes. Theresa took the time to review the photos and details with the team, confirmed that the cream appeared safe to use, and then very kindly arranged a replacement as a goodwill gesture even though I hadn’t asked for one. I really appreciated the thorough way the issue was handled and the reassurance it gave me.
