I have mixed feelings regarding care.com. In the past I've had 2 other separate interactions with care.com. The first one was great. The ease of applying, the searching for jobs, and then finding a really good job. The second time I used care.com it wasn't as smooth but after a couple of hiccups it actually turned out better than I expected. Now here we are again, but this time it's been NOTHING short of pure FRUSTRATION. The entire process of registering has changed, Customer Service does not respond in a timely manner and if you finally do reach someone you can barely understand a word their saying, and that's frustrating to say the least. I'm already registered with the State I'm in because of my full time job it's mandatory but care.com still insist on charging for their own. I had the spelling of my name changed for several years and they still use the former spelling. I'd like to give them more stars but they truly aren't deserving this time around.

I was offered several job applicants. I probably responded to at least a dozen. While I had several choices, it seemed like the younger less experienced candidates did not bother to respond. I ended up with three great candidates and selected the one that matched my requirements. And she is exceptional.

I have found my last 3 nanny positions through care.com. All three have been long term with great families. I would definitely use them again when my current employer outgrows their need for a nanny.

care.com 就是个骗局

care.com is a scam. They make you pay extra money in order to get a 'pro' level of account. However the website is so glitchy that it always forgets you password. You then try and reset your password which never works and then you try and get in touch with someone but there's no one there.
