0/5 星 – 令人震惊的客户服务、毫无根据的指控和法律威胁！ 我第一次使用 CASETIFY 购物的经历绝对是一场噩梦。我直接从他们的官方网站订购了一款樱草粉色 iPhone 17 Pro Max 波纹保护壳（订单号#32473458），但该商品到货时已完全撕裂和损坏。我立即提供了缺陷的清晰照片证据。最初，他们的支持团队承认了损坏，甚至同意发送替换件。然而，由于我要搬家并且目前在国外，我解释说我无法在旧地址收到实物替换品，因此要求退款。当我要求退款的那一刻，他们的态度完全改变了。他们开始用无休止的自动回复来拖延这个过程，要求为我搬家期间已经丢弃的物品提供不可能的额外视频。当他们的客户体验经理 Haylie 介入并直言不讳地说我提供的照片显示的是“假冒产品”，“不是正品 CASETIFY 产品”时，事情升级到了令人难以置信的程度，甚至明确威胁我要采取法律行动，要求我提出合法的保修索赔。一家大公司出售有缺陷的产品，拒绝公平退款，然后查看自己的官方订单确认书并声称照片是假货，只是为了逃避责任，这是可耻的。我发表这篇评论时完全知道他们可能会通过电子邮件向我发送更多威胁或恐吓策略，但未来的客户应该知道他们对待人们有多么可怕的真相。不惜一切代价避免 CASETIFY！

If you are placing your order by APP/mobile phone/tablet - try to do it again with a computer instead! Usually the problem can be fixed sometimes when our customers switch to the computer to place their orders due to the phone/tablet internal security settings.
