Downhill quality brand

I have a lot to say here. I really liked casetify in the past, but overall I think there’s a noticeable decline in quality and also in the not honoring warranties. I used to have one case for years, now at a year or less I’m buying a new one because the frame separates. This is in my last 3 cases, and was not warrantable. I also found out warranties don’t apply to the lens protectors despite mine having an issue that was valid, and I’m never buying that again from Casetify. Also, they wouldn’t honor the warranty on my case there was a part that was loose or soft and they wanted photos and I sent them but like a photo doesn’t really tell you the issue and they didn’t warranty my case. I also HATE that the screen protectors have BRANDING and WORDS “CASETIFY” on them are you serious? It would be a crime do NOT buy a screen protector from them. No other brands do that I’ve gotten life proof and otter box and many amazon ones. You can make a screen protector that doesn’t obstruct my screen with words that’s absurd. Worst idea I can’t believe it. They need to stop that immediately. You don’t need branding on every item relax. It’s annoying. Also many of my favorite designs are just gone I wanted to order floral dog designs or floral animal I’m a artistic style - gone. Was there last year and prior. The selection is much slimmer. Honestly, if there was a good enough competitor that allowed me to have cute designs like this even with the smaller selection now, I would pick anything besides this brand. But that doesn’t exist that I’ve found where you still have the anti-yellow. D Brand makes good anti yellowing cases, but they are not very cute at all just no designs. So believe me, if a better alternative existed I would be using that. So I just buy cases now I wouldn’t buy any accessories here, but even then I hope another option comes around because I just buy from Casetify because I can’t find what I’m looking for anywhere else even if they disappoint me.

Terrible customer service

My package was lost during delivery, and the customer support was terrible. It took them 10 days just to re-ship my order. Their responses were extremely slow, and they kept deflecting responsibility by claiming it wasn't their fault. I will never buy from CASETiFY again. This whole experience caused me so much stress for 10 days.

Warranty scam

Order number #30193518 Ordered a case for £70 for my z fold 7, the case snapped along the hinge so easily, so i asked for a refund as it was within warranty, all they could do was refund credit...and to rub salt into wounds they discontinued all cases for z fold 7, so i am stuck with £70 of castify credit and nothing i can actually spend it on, awful that a company this size can't just give refunds in this circumstance. Customer service basically said 'the credit doesnt expire so use it when you need it thanks for your feedback' and couldn't care less, but I wont need a new phone for at least 3 years socthis doesnt help me at all.
