Honestly it was a horrible experience. If I hadn’t had a case for 5 years that kept my phone safe, I would have given up in the first five minutes. The website gave me so many problems and honestly I wanted to cry multiple times during the process. My sister told me to just get a case from another company.

I had ordered a case for my iPhone 16…

I had ordered a case for my iPhone 16 Pro and I didn’t know their glaze case picked up so many fingerprints and now they’re giving me problems when I literally texted them the next business day after my package arrived wanting to return it and they say they have a 10 day no questions asked money back guarantee or exchange and they want me to pay not only for the new case which I expected to pay for but they also want me to pay for the return shipping as well as the shipping on the new case so I will be canceling my order and never using this company . -Isaac H.

Not sure if I’m a convert…..yet?!?

So I finally took the bait and became a CASETiFY customer this year. I can’t comment if my phone case choice actually protects as well as it looks? I hope so. I do love my charms and phone accessories, but there is a lot of stuff to look at and I’m not really impressed at all the sold-out everywhere. Almost 95% of what I would actually buy is sold out and if you see it listed on a 3rd party reseller-site, it’s priced like fine-art collectibles. If something is sold-out take it down. It’s a huge rage-inducing thing to see everything you like but can’t get. I’m also horrified at how jacked-up the prices get for some collaborations. I also believe they should have more reasonable prices. Everything is incredibly overpriced after converting from their single currency - USD. Honestly I don’t see what all the hype is about. Side note: it’s apparently a print-on-demand company. It seems they don’t hold inventory in the cases, they’re made in China after you order. I’m guessing the items that sell-out are made in batches and when they’re gone - they’re gone? But dunno 🤷‍♀️ For me personally knowing everything is made so cheaply in China then way overpriced or marked up in USD is a huge turn-off. Also super annoying that you can’t buy in stores. Apparently there are dedicated stores in the US but none in Canada 🇨🇦?? Not even in Toronto?? If they changed the few complaints I have I’d definitely be a more loyal fan; and I’d also seriously consider becoming a local retailers or distributor. For now I’ll go back to my regular faves who’ve earned my hard earned dollars.

PayPal doesn’t work

Paypal just won’t work no matter the platform. Tried on chrome on ios and desktop, safari, even loaded the casetify app. Still won’t work.

Multiple PayPal Failed Attempts

The ordering process was unnecessary difficult. I tried multiple time on my phone and laptop to checkout using PayPal however I was unsuccessful. I don’t like inputing my card information to website due to security risks. I had to look back at my old purchase to see that I paid with apply pay last time. So after many failed PayPal attempts I was finally able to successfully checkout with Apple Pay.

I really like the design of this case

I really like the design of this case, and the built-in kickstand is a great idea. Unfortunately, the case is just too bulky. It barely fits in my pocket and makes my phone feel much thicker than it needs to. The kickstand works well, but the extra bulk outweighs the convenience for me. Overall, it looks great, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you prefer a slimmer case.

Decal fell off

I bought the Peanuts Country Club Airpods Case, it was on the pricey side, but I thought it was worth it. Overall, the case does an average job with protecting the actual device. However, after a week, the decals on the logo of Peanuts started to peel off. Now, all I have left is part of snoopy and the C in country club. I'm pissed. You shouldn't buy the peanuts collection. I'm very sad that i wasted money on this product that wasn't good and only lasted about a week until the decal began to peel. To be clear, I didn't overuse it, leave it the sun, or peel it. It just started peeling >:(. UPDATE 8/6/26: Here is the order number 32225892

The case was on sale

The case was on sale, I love the cases and I was able to perfectly hit the free shipping mark with what I wanted. I just wish they had more options than just black in the case I wanted, but I do have a slightly older phone so I understand.

Sent the wrong product. They want me to pay to ship it back to get the correct product. They have a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee they dont honor. You cant speak to anyone, you only can email. Takes days to get a reply and its just scripted garbage. I am their highest level customer Ive been loyal that long and its been the worst experience. Will never return.
