I ordered a game controller but because of covid19 it was lost and while my life changed and not played games anymore i forgot about my order, after a year i saw that i a chat that contacted the support and asked about how long it arrives (the had problems with some countries because of Covid19 at that time), then i remembered that my order never arrived. I wrote them again and change the controller to a headphone of same price and receive it in around 18 days. They are very nice people. Thank you.

Purchased an AM FM SW pocket radio as I am addicted to them. I just bought one elsewhere and it is useless. I must own over 20 radios so I know them well. This radio right out of the package blew me away. I was not pleased but I was shocked. Reception was the best on all bands and the sound incredible. Easy functions and I had it programmed in minutes. The radio is so valuable to me I ordered another immediately. I have radios that cost 4 times as much and are useless. This radio is the greatest. Don’t hesitate to grab one. I have dealt with Cesdeals for years now. They used to be called Newfrog. I have ordered hundreds of items from them. I have had issues with 2 or 3 items. Immediately Cesdeals could send me a replacement, without me returning the damaged item, as long as I provided proof the item was not working. Usually in the form of videos or pictures. Very prompt. They are the fastest Chinese company I have dealt with. I get their items in half the time as others. They do have a facebook chat and usually respond within a day to requests or issues. The quality of the items really good and mostly as described. For those purchasers worried about refunds, just use paypal. For those who have ordered, give it 1 to 3 months during the pandemic. They do provide a tracking number that tells you where the package is at all times. Wish canada post did that. Never had to use PayPal to get a refund with these guys. If they sell you a 128GB USB3 drive, it is exactly that. Ordered the identical item from wish, and got a fake drive. thanks... Stan...
