Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company and its offerings. People regularly point out that customer service representatives are extremely helpful, responsive, and quick to resolve any questions or individual ordering details. Many consumers are also genuinely impressed by the gorgeous materials, exceptional craftsmanship, and remarkably fast shipping options available worldwide. However, some reviewers were not happy with sizing issues, mentioning that certain outfits did not fit properly or arrived in the incorrect dimensions. A few other people also felt that specific parts or small accessories presented unexpected flaws or broke down shortly after initial movement.

Order & delivery process was smooth and quick. I ordered & specified the date needed by and it got here in time. My son loves it! The quality is amazing! Tobey is his favorite Spiderman, I’m glad there is a company that makes this in his size.

I had selected a size that would have fit me, but they suggested a much larger size due to height claiming I could get it tailored. The item could not be tailored. If your cosplay has rubber keep that in mind. They were good about returning 1/2 the cost of the cosplay after some negotiation. I would still recommend buying from them. The item was beautifully made. Looks very accurate to the character. Had amazing quality of fabrics.

There are so many websites out there where the price is insane for the poor quality you receive. This wasn’t the case when I purchased Sora’s shoes from Kingdom Hearts 2. It helped complete my cosplay mash up. I love how comfortable they are and how great they look. Can’t wait for my Spider-Man suit to arrive. You have found yourself a returning customer!

The suit turned out beautifully. Very well crafted. The biggest challenge I had was the suit came I tried it on and I guess the measurements were not accurate so it had to be remade. This process became very stressful but they were very good at responding. Ultimately they fixed everything so it’s all good. Definitely recommend just make sure you get the right measurements.
