Would purchase from them again!

I've been very happy with my black Superman cosplay suit. It's less than a month until I can wear it at the next Con that I'm going to. It fits perfectly and the sizing was correct. It also is made very well.

You can easily tell that your satisfaction matters to them.

This was the best customer service I have recieved from an online retailer, end of. They made sure I checked the sizing chart to make sure everything fit. I was late to order a costume for an event and when I told them the time frame that I was working with, they told me no problem. I was nervous while waiting but they made sure I got it just in time. Customer service was quick and helpful and the product exceeded expectation. 10/10!

Excellent Customer Service

I ordered a costume and got sent the wrong size. I communicated them the issue and they sent me another one. Then their delivery carrier SpeedX delivered that package to the wrong address. I again communicated the issue and they gave me an option to receive again the costume or get a full refund. I chose the full refund. Chaorenbuy Cosplay have good customer service.

Amazing quality def recommend buying from them

Excellent Service by far

My main point is something else, but the quality is great. From texture to colouring, the shoes I ordered are very well made and have a surprising amount of wiggle room still. What is even more important for though is the service. During the ordering process, I happened to make a mistake when I provided my address. Long story short, my order was lost in the postal system because of that mistake, and I had no way to fix it on my own. After some communication with the Chaorenbuy Team, they managed to have the package resent to the correct address without further costs or problems. So, thanks again Chaorenbuy! :)

Delivery never arrived but refund still wasn't wilfully processed.

Bought two large and expensive prop weapons for costumes for my wife and me for my 40th birthday, and emailed stressing that I would need them to arrive within 1.5 months and confirming this was doable. Received a reply assuring me that timeframe should be fine, so waited. A couple of weeks before my 40th, i emailed again since nothing had arrived, but was told that it appeared to be en route and instructed to contact my domestic post service. I contacted them and was told the package never arrived in my country and was seemingly held by chinese customs. I emailed the vendor again and they just offered to resend if and when they confirmed it hadn't arrived. I again explained the items were for my 40th, which by this point had passed, so i had no use for the items and asked for a refund. The vendor repeatedly said they would issue a refund but did not until I submitted a paypal request - which didn't go through until it ran out of time without a response.

Gambit boots

I ordered a pair of boots for my cosplay of gambit and they are so confortable and cool. Top seller

Very good quality and excellent customer service

I’m leaving this review from France, in Lyon. I received my Deadpool 2 cosplay in about 8 days from the moment I placed the order to hand delivery, which is honestly very fast. Honestly, I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality. Whether it was the mask, the cosplay itself, or the shoes, everything was very well made and true to the photos on the website as well as the presentation video. The quality is really there, and even better than I expected. I also want to highlight how professional the customer service was, especially Alice’s follow-up and support. I needed the cosplay quickly, with a fairly short deadline, and she was able to find suitable solutions. She also gave me very good advice regarding my measurements and the choice of size, and she was very flexible throughout our exchanges. We added extra shipping fees for express delivery, she assured me it would arrive on time, and that is exactly what happened. Everything arrived properly, on time, and with a quality that was truly faithful to what was shown on the website. Just to clarify: the katanas, the two Desert Eagles, and the knife are not included, but everything else is provided with the cosplay. Honestly, I highly recommend them. A very good experience from start to finish, and many thanks to Alice for her support and professionalism.
