Bought SQ air tickets from them...once i receive email confirmation and immediately discover error in names....i desperately trying to contact them to correct. They fail to respond positively and ignore my incident...force me to cancel and pay for a higher cost tickets for the replacement and charge me will a 60 percent penalty fee each for the cancelled air-tickets for the mistake/gap of the travel agent and SQ airline. This is a scam experience...be careful ....a very bad experience i encounter.....
I didn’t put my otp in n the payment went through??? I cancel it but payment went through without my otp!!??

Went through all the booking process for an expensive business-class ticket, and made the payment through a debit card because the credit card would have cost a lot more. Received the confirmation all set to go, the money was taken from my account and then i got the message the booking didn't go through because the flight was no longer available. AVOID THIS SITE
My trip from Singapore to Yantai in-between transfer from Guangzhou. I almost missed the flight from Singapore to Yantai as one reason the flight was delayed from Singapore second reason is the the flight time from Guangzhou to Yantai is easier than what had been indicated. I was told unable to take the flight from Guangzhou to Singapore on 9/6/24 when I was already at the Yantai airport. I had to rush for help to change the flight. I was not kept informed such important information!
I used Skyscanner.com to book for my flight ticket. My departure is 27may and return 13july. However when is directed to cheaptickets.sg platform and I went ahead and make the payment. When I got my ticket sent to me by email. I was shocked that the return ticket was 13june instead of 13 july. I inform cheapticket.sg at once, I was told that I cannot proof anything and that I will have to pay for the price differences with admin fees that comes out to be even higher than I purchase a one way ticket back.
This is so disappointing. I will avoid cheaptickets.sg at all cost in future for any of my booking!!!
They failed to book flight and Hold my money without a booking. Not deposited to my account yet. Ann there team sent me a email, i have to wait 5-10 days to get my money. Worst air ticket booking site ever.
Other than this they activate prime membership without my knowledge and charged me more than 80 dollars. They don't use 2 way verification system for payments. No OTP required.
Lesson learned will never use a 3rd party booking system again
Almost zero information on the ticket itself, flight number, time, that's it. Didn't even include which terminal I'd be arriving at in Manchester. Contacted them and was misinformed that I'd be able to check my details, Check-in, everything on the airline's website. Wrong. With Huainan Airlines only those who have booked direct are able to see or do anything via the site.
If I had known I would have booked direct with the airline as it's what I usually do.
Price was good.
Chinese debit card was not accepted for some reason and neither was WeChat. That made the overall experience rather difficult as I had to use an overseas credit card :(

Cheapticket.sg scams on Extra Baggage and Credit card charges- far from cheapest
Skyscanner produced a list of best costs for a flight from mexico to Lima and lima to cusco.
I choose Cheaptickets.sg from the list as they had high ratings albeit not the very lowest price.
Firstly, they charged a high amount for credit card usage which added 2.5% to cost. Agoda altho more expensive would be cheaper since it doesnt charge this.
2nd They did not offer any option for adding baggage, but did state there was no check-in luggage. They gave no advice what options would be for extra luggage. I assumed I could login to Airline website and book extra luggage, but Cheap tickets produces their own Check-in/flight confirmation codes which are not recognised by the airline, which indicated 70 usd/bag extra on their website ( LATAM).
I returned back to cheap tickets to see if there was any way to add bags after receiving the confirmation code...they wanted to charge USD 220/bag!!!!!!!!.
Scammers...a) prevent you buying bags direct by producing codes not recognised by airline, and b) then rip you off when you are forced to buy through them. Calling the airlines didnt help as they refer you back to your booking agent.
MYTRIP was offering 120 USD /bag which is still a ripoff albeit less then CHEAPTICKETS.
Dont be fooled by their high grades...no way they have 5 stars vs all the other budget sites with these scams. I guess they pay peope to do positive reviews.
I’d to change my booking either changing the date or refund. But it was hard to communicate. I booked from chapeticket.co.th . They should have Thai staff to help. Also they should provide contact number when clients got any trouble. Finally, it was rushed conversation via chat. I think it would be better if they provide phone number and same nationality staff with clients.
I’m gonna give my lowest rating; too bad it cannot be zero. Someone used my home address and credit card details to book 3 flights. Though I have called the customer service to cancel the booking and delete my account, I received no follow up email or any correspondence that it has been done. And I am still receiving confirmation email that the flight is confirmed, which I did not book in the first place.
WebSite Asked for FF numbers, which I entered. Then you do not bother to share these to the airline on my booking and refuse to add them afterwards, and I can't change them online so onus is on me to explain at airport. Poor customer service and CT should get this right first time.
