This company has no integrity

This company has no integrity, cannot be trusted. It DID NOT provide clear information on baggage limit for an airline ticket. It went on to charge my credit card when I exited the payment process. When I reached out to CS, they avoided the issue. “ beyond our control” was what they said. Even when I said it is not my intention to cancel the airline ticket, and I am just trying to ensure that my ticket goes through, the CS reminds me that all cancellation charges will apply. Not listening and helpful. After finding from my bank what happened and that the payment will fail, I notify CS to escalate to finance and resolve this payment issue, still no effort to resolve the issue. Worst experience with cheaptickets.sg.

I want to add luggage

I want to add luggage, but it's a nightmare to find how to buy. Till now not did it. Validation Sms are not coming. So I can't get into account to change luggage in the booked flight

Making a flight booking was quite easy. The ticket cost was lower than the price quoted in the Airline’s website. Unfortunately, the flight number, departure time and terminal no. etc details were not mentioned in the confirmation

Tricking you with Ticket Guarantee purchase like scammers

This site tricks you on adding Ticket Guarantee insurance, which is ridiculously high and useless. By default, it is added to every passenger and every flight in your booking and you have to be very attentive to see the option to opt out. If you miss that small checkbox (which is easily done) then it shows in the final bill as "Ticket Service", which looks like some kind of tax. Unfortunately, I missed the check box and assumed that this ticket service is some service fee of sorts that you can not avoid, incurring this 380SGD extra charge. My attempts to cancel this insurance right away were not successful - the customer service chat on the web site is only a bot, not offering such option and not connecting to any human, calls were not available as I booked my flights after midnight. All I could do at the time was send an email. When I called the next morning, the agent told me that since the booking was confirmed, they could not remove the insurance. The agent suggested that I had to contact them right after the purchase, which I did via email (the only option at that time of the day). I also asked the agent to provide more information about the insurance and a point of contact, but the email the agent claimed to send while we were on the call never made it to my inbox (no, it didn't end up in spam either...). So, I ended up paying for an insurance for which I have zero information or documented proof, and this company takes no responsibility for it. This company behaves like scammers trying to get you to pay for something that they can not even show you. Beware!

Quick and convenient. Finished the booking smoothly.

No Title

The overall UX was good as compared to some of other webpages I have seen. The flow of the booking was quite smooth. But there was too many add-ons to try to charge your customers. In the past customers do not face issues like over booking and we have to pay extra to secure our tickets.

Very bad service.I get problems but feel like the staffs not even try to help. when comparing with another agent that my friend used, The same problem in same situation totally different service. Her agent take care and call to solve problem. I regret and very upset that I booked with Cheaptickets.
