when i bought tickets to Singapore from Colombo, in February 2023, they issued a ticket on srilankan air line, when i get to the airport , srilankan airline told me thy haven't received any booking. then i informed chepticket.sg they did nothing, after a week thy deduct $200 dollars and paid back little amount, i missed next flight to auckland too,

I am flustrated firstly it’s so difficult to contact you. After all effort taken, I did chat with your chat room, but the end result is disappointing and angry. I’d booked a one way flight from Osaka to Sapporo on 14 April 2024, I made a mistake of key in wrong date, it should be on 12 April 2024. After printing out the email, I realised my mistake immediately within 1 hour. That’s when I started to try reaching you for amendments. Despite I buy the service package premium and ticket guarantee and paid S$60.00 for that. Your guy just answered me that no way to change it. I did deal with a lot of other travel agent, such as Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia and even Airlines directly, this kind of response is completely out of my expectations. I have no choice but booked a new ticket from other agent. Your attitude and responsibility level is completely a disappointment to customer like me. Please review yourself and upgrade your service before looking for survival.

They said the airline canceled my booking and they cannot find a flight that I found on the airline website for me to replace the cancel one. The choices, that the Cheaptickets staff offered, were extremely bad choices and helpless. They take only profit and not sincere business. The conditions of each step were tricky and you won't get a real full refund from them. Unethical manner. Irresponsible people. Not sincere to help you as stated in their conditions. Just after I paid the flight ticket, I found a better flight with lower price in your website, it is just within one hour, I couldn’t reach your staff no matter by call or by email. When your staff replied me email after 6 hours, she said the ticket has not yet issued (within 24 hrs) may help to cancel the ticket with free and asked for my confirmation. However, it is midnight time in my place. Finally, the ticket is issued and no change or cancellation is offered. What a ridiculous experience in cheapticket.Com

The worst company ever. Qatar was delayed and agreed to a full refund but I bought my ticket from this site. They made up stories that Qatar needs to email them the agreement. No, they have to call them as they need to do that anyway to process the refund. But they refused. So I am still stuck with no money even if the airline agreed

My booking was paid and then cancelled after Several hours due to ‘sold out’. I got a voucher from these issue. But I found that the flight ticket was still available and became more expensive on the same day. Cheap ticket said the airline provided incorrect amount of tickets and they don’t guarantee the price. BUT the flights are still available after few days and I had to pay extra USD500 to buy this ticket…it wasn’t sold out and I am mad about this. But the Cs is willing to reply me although it was helpless.

A bit confusing ticket info in pdfs. Difficult to contact agent. Flight pnr 38YS27 is not verified by Thai vietjet. But from Thailand only Thai vietjet site is available. It took me few hours and support chat to understand that somehow. Using VPN I need to open the international vietjetair.com and only there I could see that my ticket was real.

overally great. The only thing is that too many choices for chargable services. I was booking a flight with meal included, however, was still asked whether need a chargable meal service.
