评价综述
AI 生成Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that the booking process is exceptionally fast, simple, and very easy to navigate without any unnecessary clutter or complex steps. Travelers also deeply appreciate the affordable prices, noting that tickets are consistently cheaper and offer great value compared to other online booking platforms. However, some people mentioned notable difficulties when trying to manage, update, or change their travel bookings afterward through the online portal. A few reviewers specifically experienced frustrating issues such as unrecognised booking reference numbers at the airport or unexpectedly high service fees for altering flights.

The worst seats on the plane
Buying the ticket was smooth enough. The price was slightly cheaper than the airlines website. But please be aware if you buy a ticket with this agency - You will NOT be able to select your seats more than 24 hours before the flight. Emails will be in Thai language only - even for non-Thai customers.

Great overall
If you could accept more payment method without fees would be great. Also if there’s a way to resend itinerary after the purchase. There used to be coupon codes but it doesn’t appears to have it any more.
