My experience on using the ticket booking, I find the information on the luggage size and weight are not describe clear enough. Too many option choice on travel insurance. Actually one useful travel insurance can cover the options you ask for and cheaper then breaking them into many piece of option.

Booking was easy and no problem, but i tried to contact Cheaptickets because my name appears wrong on the ticket. My first name and middle name are joined together. I still dont know if this will be a problem when i check in. I emailed cheaptickets and also used the Chat option on the website but i had no response from either.

After I booked my flight, within 10 minutes I noted I had made a mistake on the day and needed to change, I needed to pay extra money to change.

Every thing is fine but it's not possible to contact you via bot chat since my question is not in the list and the phone number given on the page is not able to contact. I need to know whether my ticket is surely confirmed since I got text from the credit card that the amount was not approved.

The price seems promising at first but they charge you if you use any other means of payment than Visa. I do not have a Visa card so I was charged to pay with Mastercard. They will also charge you if you pay with Paypal etc. So basically you have to pay in order to pay! It does not make sense and is quite outrageous. I will not use this service again.

While the booking procedure was okay and I have no complaints, the reason I give a low rating is simply because of the lack of transparency of their price. There is nothing wrong with this practice. But this is usually a clear indication of the sincerity of the company and whether they place priority in their customers' welfare and satisfaction, or if they are more concern about getting sales and profits. The fact that there are additional charges every step of the booking process, simply shows they want you to wrongly believe that is a good deal, when in actual fact you end up paying more than what is advertised.

I have to wait a long time to receive the "ticket" email. Also the Air Ticket and Receipt should be separated. If possible, the Air Ticket and T&C on different page. We can easily save on PDF File and forward.

Needs to have Cancellation policy
1. on booking NO info on whether flight is "VTL or Non VTL" where you need to cough more money & waste days in Quarantine rules. 2. NO info/on cancellation policy. How much money a cancellation costs ways is 3. NOT clear who takes care of cancellation Booking agent OR Airlines. 4. Above issues clearly shows, Cheaptickets is not ethically honest but pure shrewd business model.

CheapTickets.co.th failure to provide agreed refund!
Booked a British Airways flight with CheapTickets.co.th. The cancelled flight was suppose to be refunded by the Agent CheapTickets. They promised to refund monies and asked for my bank details but no funds were forthcoming. I wrote requesting a reason why no funds were forthcoming and received no reply. Should I ever receive a refund I will report the fact but I am not holding my breath. Update: Well I did eventually get my refund from CheapTickets.co.th. Let's put the massive delay down to covid19 increased workload.
Bad experience
Really bad experience with cheaptickets.sg, multiple times. Had a bad encounter with them 6 years ago where they had overbooked the flight and I was left stranded at the airport for over 2 hours. Recently, I decided to try them again but with the covid situation, Cathay Pacific had to cancel my flight. Cheap tickets took 5 months to refund only SOME of the money and deducted $600+ as "cancellation fee". I didn't cancel my flight - the airline cancelled it. Why am I penalized for this?? Still chasing customer service but they are ignoring me. Bad experience, will never go back to them.
