Got Voucher that cannot be used.

I tried to use voucher that I received from CheapTickets.sg but it never accepted the voucher, stating that it was expired. After calling Customer Service, no help either, just informed me to email CheapTickets. I did send email out but no response from them yet.

Purchased tickets to Seoul

Tried to search the tickets to Seoul, purchased the tickets at HKD1716, but the card was charged HKD1746. Have sent the email to CS, but there wasn’t a reply. The whole search and purchase process was generally smooth.

Confusing booking website and VERY bad experience in changing of fight booking.

1. with confusing website and not much support nor clear simple selection options on the booking.l and all extra charges.. The ganrantee ticket selection is nearly useless. This is worse than the other similar website I also experienced not good service before. 2. Website page showing change fight charge is 750, and airline charge is 1000... plus difference of ticket cost.... However, when I call the service line, they told me the airline charge is 1400 which was mentioned in somewhere notice of fee charges... And the ticket difference is 1900, despite using online checking, there was NO fight difference. They just explained the website is showing discounted price... These are all like a trick and dishonestly treated 3. With long waiting in call for help. This is also worse than the other similar website I also experienced not good service before. 4. When I have reserved seats and made a fight changes, all reserved seats were told on phone will automatically shift to the new fight, but it doesnt... Seems no one care nor no one follow up.

Cheap ticket on their auto system have…

Cheap ticket on their auto system have entered wrong salutation for my daughter's name. For 12 year old instead of using Miss; they have used Mrs. Upon contacting Airline; they have mentioned that this can be an issue. But cheaptickets.sg is really behaving unprofessionally and instead of rectifying or updating the salutation in name they are simply dismissing the fact that it is not an issue. As its their mistake so they have to either pay to airline to update the salutation or at least get it in writing from airline that this wrong salutation is not any issue at check-in. But neither they are willing to address the issue nor even bothering to communicate with airline to close the issue with proper assurance from airline in writing. Simply un professional !!

Some problems

I reserved round-trip flights. Everything went well execpt it was not easy to change language and valuta and paying with visa-card was some problems.
