Can't use the hotmail account for booking?

Their prices are really competative, only that my hotmail account coulld not pass their computer system effective. After the amount was debited from my credit card, there's no confirmation or response. I then called their office and was told that everthing was sent out to me, the reason I couldn't get it because of my hotmail a/c, I was asked whether I have the gmail account, since I didn't I have to give my daughtet's gmail so she can resend it to me. The lady on phone is polite and everything was right, except that can you afdjust your system so that we can communicate through HOTMAIL next time without any problem?

Took longer time to clear immigration…

Took longer time to clear immigration in Fuzhou and Guilin, final destination Guilin. Their system did not reflect the passport number of passengers and were asked to move around to double check the documents. very intimidating experience being treated like illegal traveller.

Deals are okay but I don’t like to get charged for fastidious expenses. Ex. Visa Credit card is charged for booking 🙄.

Hard to compare prices

Good to make a simple table to allow user to compare prices & specs. So user can quickly make up mind in selecting the flight booking.

Problem for reserving seat

The reserved seat was not same as my choosing. After the deal was finished, one of my reserved seats shown was incorrect but could not amend even though I called to the customer service immediately. The system should show the chosen seats before confirmation in order to avoid any mistake. I hope your system can improve as soon as possible. Thanks!

Unable to keep multi user info on profile. Position place for Last Name and First should be reviewed and option to allow user to amend easily.

AVOID: bad customer service

The site works as long as you dont have to deal with actual customer service. I tried to change a ticket and it is a nightmare. I had to call several times and rudely they would make me call again and again because they say they cannot give you price options unless you call once for every quote. But even with that, since they have the record that you called them previously, they are not helpful and complain that you have asked for other quotes. Seriously, if they cannot even do the service that they are charging you for, what kind of travel agency is this. AVOID

great price point... and can sometimes be even cheaper than booking directly with the airline themselves. Minus one star because of the auto "checking" of optional items that quite tiny and not obvious on the page. Some people may not notice until the final checkout. Some may not even notice they paid for these extra services at all. Minus another star for the extra charges depending on your mode of payment. Other than that, they have my support and business.

Handling charge for UnionPay and MasterCard

To be honest, if you are going to charge $368 as handling fee of paying by MasterCard or UnionPay, please simply state that you do not accept these cards. Who will pay for that? The handling fee is already enough to cover my travel insurance.

Bad customer service attitude—- English call centre

Update: Yes, I know the refund already made in my account, I just want to write to reflect the customer service attitude for the English Customer Service Centre is really bad which kept on saying I was wrong and there was no such amount of discount until I prove it. It is very unreasonable that need customer to save the evidence to prove. Your staff should know all the promotion code once search. Even they could not find it the first time or not match with what customer have on hand, they should carefully check again and not just repeatly saying customer saying was wrong which made me so angry. Which is unpleasant experience. Update (my booking number: CHK-5155709) I could not enter the promotion code and called the customer service, staff told me to screen cap and send email to them after I made the reservation, then they will adjust my payment accordingly. They told me to go on proceed the ticket purchase so I go on. After that I sent the email about it. The next day, I called the customer service ( English call centre) about it, the staff keep asking me to send email, and I kept telling her that I sent already and told her about the promotion code. My promotion code should be reduce HKD222, she kept on saying there was no HKD222 discount, I was so angry, how come she did not know what the promotion is and kept telling me there was only USD20 discount (HKD 160) not HKD 222. Luckily, I also screen cap the promotion page information about the amount of the discount, I told her to read my email that I also included this information. Finally, she read my email and said they will give me back that hkd222. Even finally I got back my discount but the service attitude really bad and kept on saying I was wrong , and I need to prove it myself. It was such a wasting time communication process. Make sure you have time to talk to them if any problem existed. Really not a happy experience, make me full of anger. (my booking number: CHK-5155709)

"Premium package" scam

I just booked return flight SIN-SEA for Aug. One of the options offered is to purchase a "Premium package" which allows for change or cancellation without additional charge besides difference in ticket cost, if any. However, when I called to try make the change I was told the airline ticket I purchased does not allow change or cancellation. So my question is very simple: what is the point of "Premium package"? Seems like just a scam for cheaptickets to make some easy money. It's misleading and fraudulent.
