评价综述

AI 生成

Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that the booking process is exceptionally fast, simple, and very easy to navigate without any unnecessary clutter or complex steps. Travelers also deeply appreciate the affordable prices, noting that tickets are consistently cheaper and offer great value compared to other online booking platforms. However, some people mentioned notable difficulties when trying to manage, update, or change their travel bookings afterward through the online portal. A few reviewers specifically experienced frustrating issues such as unrecognised booking reference numbers at the airport or unexpectedly high service fees for altering flights.

The process is fast

The process is fast, straightforward, efficient, and easy. 4 stars for now because I haven't enjoyed the service yet. Let's see what will happen when it 8s my time to use the flight tickets.

Saudia changed my schedule

Saudia changed my schedule and asked me to contact cheaptickets, where I bought my tickets. Your agents told me that my ticket was not eligible for refund, no alternative is available. Basically nothing to do. Never again. It is scam 03 JUN 26 Cheaptickets informed me by email that they had submitted another refund request to Saudi Airlines. A few days later, they confirmed that the refund request had been successfully processed, and I subsequently received the refund.

I encounter problem after booking . Sent email but no received reply

Hello Keng, Thank you for your message. Because airline tickets are personal documents, we cannot change them ourselves. Every airline has strict rules and fees for name changes. We have already contacted the airline to see what is possible for your specific ticket. We are currently awaiting their official response to our request. As soon as an update is received from the airline, you will be informed immediately. Thank you for your patience while we arrange this for you. Kind regards, CheapTickets Ingrid
