Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that the online purchasing process is exceptionally smooth, quick, and very straightforward, making it extremely easy to browse and choose lovely gifts. People are also truly happy with the beautiful appearance, first-rate quality, and fabulous design of the stunning jewelry pieces they receive. Though some customers noted that items occasionally arrived in the wrong size, or that the actual stone colors differed noticeably from the online pictures. A few consumers also experienced unexpected challenges when trying to handle return requests or successfully navigate the official business website.

Thanks for your kind review! If you want to change the size, pls contact our service email: [email protected]
I placed my order early December and paid in full. The first item arrived but not the other two items. I've contacted them number of times and I've been told the order is ready, please be patient. I contacted PayPal and reported my problem. I've since been contacted by ChicHer and they've now said they won't dispatch my order unless I withdraw from PayPal. I'm happy to do that when I receive my order.
Pls note that the order cannot be delivered with your dispute. If you keep the order, pls cancel the dispute and the order will be shipped out. We'll contact you via emails for more details. Thank you.
I did not have any trouble with the checking out process, it was easy and self-explanatory. I found the choices of your jewelry unique and I love unique! I'm very fond of the jewelry that you have on your website, I will be shopping with you again. Thank you so very much. Verla McQueen
Ignorant unreliable, can't speak English so communication, if any! Is atrocious! I would never recommend to deal with these Chinese thieves! Very disappointed and I'll sure sue for getting my 160euro back.
We sincerely apologize for your experience. Please kindly share your order details via DM/email ([email protected]) so we can assist you immediately. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
I really enjoy wearing all types of jewelry. Your site was lovely and I’m looking forward to receiving my purchase.
The most ridiculous company to deal with. I've paid a lot of money for my order, never received it, two months on!!! I've contacted them about 20x, I'm getting stupid replies. Please DO NOT DEAL and DO NOT BUY from these Chinese scammers!!!
We're processing the refund to your account. Pls wait for it. Thank you!
Superfast response to my questions and the willingness to do what I needed.
I found something unique that I must have, so the process of measuring and selecting was simple.
I really enjoy the selection your company has and how they are stepping up and replacing the bracelet they sent to me in the wrong size. Hopefully, I receive it soon since I waited a month for the first one.
I placed an order and paid on December 14th I still haven't received it. They say it's still being prepared. Vague answers. Apparently scammers!!
Sorry for keeping you waiting for a long time! Pls note that your order is in transit currently. If you don't want it, we can process the refund to you. Pls reply to our email for the issue. Thank you.
First time purchasing from you so not sure until I get my product. I can leave a better updated review then.
Easy to navigate the site. Variety of jewellery on offer for sale. Good descriptions. Can't comment on dispatch or delivery yet.
Other people have this bracelet for less money, but no one had the ring and the earrings to match. That’s why I spent more and bought the set, which ended up coming out to be a fair price with the discount.
I just put my first order today & I have to say that they really care about their customers. I wanted to change some details of the necklace I ordered and they responded really quick & were very helpful & respectful. I will leave another review when I receive my ítem! Thank you!
I love the quality and design of the items, I got so many compliments on my eternity ring. It genuinely looks so high quality, and it is such a statement piece, the only thing I wish they would ship it out faster but I would say it is worth the wait. Their customer service and communication is also very fast and consistent, so I will definitely be a returning customer!
