DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
If I could give NEGATIVE 5 stars I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I received a necklace that was so poorly put together that the minute you move, it rolls and twists. You can only contact them through email or Facebook Messenger (which is suspect right there). It uses a UK address, but make NO MISTAKE, it is a Chinese company and a bad one at that. There are other companies with better quality, like Sayabling. The only thing to do with this mess of a necklace is to disassemble it, melt down the silver and create something else. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY with Chicher Jewelry, they are a VERY DISREPUTABLE company that will take your money and run.

Most pitiful transaction
Most unsatisfactory transaction. I purchased a pair of earrings using my debit card on 2.14.24 for $92.99. As is of today’s date 3.15.24 I still have not the earrings. I sent an inquiry email to customer service. I was informed no order could be located , when I replied I would dispute the charge u then received an email stating because this was a” high demand” item there is a delay in the manufacture of the earrings to “ please be patient” sorry my patience doesn’t hold out for over a month to receive items I order on line with no disclaimer at the time of ordering. I am going to dispute the charge after all . I do not recommend doing business with chic her jewelry.

I love the styling of your items but the quality was just a little bit disappointing. The descriptions could be alot better and the pictures could include the items being warn. Overall they are ok and look nice on.

I ordered back in December. I had no idea the items they advertised were not in stock. They had to make each item. When inquired as to when I would receive my order they said because of Chinese new year it would be delayed. I was hoping I would get it for my birthday which is today but no. Instead they said it was delivered. But I never received it. Poor service. I expect a full refund.

The ring is nice, and what I expected. it was delivered much later than anticipated and I am trying to return it now. It has been weeks. They continuously ask for the order number, which is in the subject and first line of every email I have sent. They have continuously asked for photos, and refuse to respond without a photo, and I received a very long email asking me to sell the ring to a friend or family member. Weeks later, I still have not received information on how to return the ring.
